Good deal on clothing for reasonable price that won't hurt your pocket. Stays busy and crowded a lot. Sorry that they have a lot of stealing out of there that they can't even keep up with it.

Very organized clothing store. You can auto check out. Prices are reasonable and from a good company. It is inside the mall. There are women, men and children departments .

I love Zara but unfortunately can’t shop at the Lenox location because the line is 30 people long and 2 registers. Staff walks the floor acting bust but but no one wants to help the paying customers so we just stand here for months. WHERE IS MANAGEMENT??

They deserve zero stars. Idk why i even go to store anymore, perhaps hoping it would be different. Customer Service is nonexistent. Staff just dont care. Its a mess everywhere , the lines are long!! Probably because they only have registers open on one side. Why even put them in mens and children's, if they are NEVER!!! open. Zara Corp should just close every store and online only if this is how it is every-time. Whats the point of shopping in store?

Horrible customer service. Great store though. Workers just stare at you when you’re waiting on a sales person to come out on the floor. The ladies that go in and out of the back won’t help you.
