Never leave bad reviews…. But this one was deserved. 2 cashiers and 45 minute in line. This store needs more support from management. As large as this is don’t visit it, horrible wait time, one line out the door everytime I’ve been here. Go somewhere else

Worst service ever. I did a return here and anyone that shops here knows when you do a return you don’t get a receipt. You receive an email within 24 hours however the young lady that did my return was new apparently because she didn’t return all my items but took them as though she did. This has been an ongoing hassle trying to dispute this with my bank and explaining you don’t receive a receipt when doing a return. You can’t call the store, you call customer service and they don’t ever believe the customer. I know I’m not the first that this has happened to. Plus they are just really rude in this store. The foreign young guy at the register is probably the worst along with the heavy set light skin young lady that helped me. I just can’t understand how any of them made it through the interview process. Plus the lines are ridiculous, they have the staff on the floor but 2 associates at the register and one doing returns that moves slow so the line gets backed up. You can see the negative attitude in their faces. Ridiculous! Definitely need new management.

The employees at this location are very unwelcoming. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this, which is why I’m writing this review.
I went to pick up my online order and waited for about 10 minutes in the designated “Online Pick-Up” area. It wasn’t like the cashiers were too busy to help there were three of them, and they were staring at me without even acknowledging my presence. Even if they were busy, a simple acknowledgment or letting me know someone was coming to assist would have been appreciated.
After waiting for about 10 minutes, I joined the regular checkout line. When it was finally my turn, the same cashier who had been staring at me and knew I had been waiting told me to go back to the “Online Pick-Up” area and wait, assuring me someone would assist me there.
I’ll let y’all be the judge.
I’ve worked in retail, and I’ve never been rude or unwelcoming to my customers. I knew it was my job to assist them.

The clothes are always trendy and fashionable, but the check out line and if they do have a return line that day makes you not want to go in.

I sometimes go to Zara because I can get the latest trendy clothes at reasonable prices, but every time I go, the lines at the fitting room or checkout counter are so long that it's annoying. The store was busy today as well, but I waited in line for the fitting room for over 30 minutes. When it was my turn, I found out that I had to wait because only half of the fitting room was occupied, and in the checkout line, only two of the four checkout counters were staffed, so I had to wait for customers. The cashiers didn't respond at all to the irritated customers and instead looked angry. Maybe it's because they hired so few employees, but it feels like the customers are the ones to bear the inconvenience, which makes me feel bad. I think it would be better to shop online.

The rudest Zara in Atlanta. All the employees are hiding in the fitting rooms gossiping and complaining about how they haven’t had lunch or what they want to buy. Not a polite or smile in sight given the line of customers waiting to try on your over priced SHEIN clothing

Horrible customer service they only have one person working returns had to wait in line 40 mins to return one shirt ridiculous. One of the cashiers decided she didn’t want to do the register anymore and started putting up clothes instead of helping the line.

We came to Atlanta for the day from smiths Alabama and it was 10 minutes to close. The security at the door told me and my daughters you were closed and we couldn’t enter. Well a man, bigger than the security, went up as we were walking out and he told him the same thing. The guy looked at him and said “there is 10 minutes left” and walked right by. He allowed him to go in but still not us. So please tell me how this is right. All my daughter wanted was jeans and knew what size and all and we got turned away. Absolutely ridiculous! Do better!

Wish i could give 0 stars, the return and purchase lines are out of the door i got here when it opened and have been 3 people back for the past hour and a half, there's one person on returns and one on purchases terrible store just order and return online don't come here.

This store does not seem to value the customer. I was shocked at the long wait time to check out. You end up in line for 15-20 minutes of your life. Don’t plan on going during a lunch break. There are not enough registers open. Also not enough dressing rooms. The clothes are not really high quality, but they are nice styles. Still not worth the line wait in line. Also, refunds take longer than I’m accustomed to. Almost a week, I haven’t seen my refund. I will not shop here again. Last time. Did not feel like a valued customer.
