I went in looking for an engagement ring but didn’t know where to start. Anthony came to me and assistant me every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and I got the ring within my budget. Go see Anthony because he cares about the customer.

The Zales call center representative was rude and not knowledgeable of the products. I called about my jewelry and account information, and I received poor customer service. I requested to speak with a supervisor but was told that I could not. I am unhappy with Zales.

My husband and I have been coming to this particular Zales store for years because of the exceptional service we receive here from the store manager Ash & his sales reps Alvin, etc. Best Zales team we've experienced in out many years of buying jewelry!

This Zales location provides exceptional customer service. I went in to upgrade some jewelry previously purchased and the Store Manager, Ash recommended I come to an upcoming Diamond event. I’m so glad I did. I was able to upgrade my pieces to some new ones that I absolutely love and will have for decades. Thanks to Ash and the store team for a phenomenal experience and excellent customer service.

Amazing service and extremely personable. Ash and Alaina were great! Ask for Alaina, she is so nice and helped me and my daughter pick out a beautiful replacement engagement ring for me. We will definitely be back!

The customer service here met all of my expectations. The staff were very kind and welcoming to myself and my mother during our visit there. Prices were about as expected for a jewelry store. The pieces were all very nice and varied in style, which is a plus.

I come here all the time and have never had a bad experience. The staff is kind, the jewelry is phenomenal and I always leave with a smile on my face. This is the sort of place you go to win. I work with good people who offer amazing products and services and that is what this ZALES location is all about!
