Registry on the Park is a fantastic place to call home! While we only lived here for a year, our time here was fantastic. The amenities are top-notch (pool, golf sim, gym) and the living space was modern and well maintained. Most importantly, the concierge, leasing staff, and maintenance team were the best I've experienced in my years of apartment living. Maintenance requests were handled promptly, facilities were kept clean, and the whole team was extremely friendly, communicative, and accommodating (special shoutout to Brendan and Jeremy!). Any issues we encountered were rare but handled promptly and professionally.
If we were staying in midtown, we would have 100% renewed our lease. We'll miss the quiet, dog-friendly environment, the community, and the ability to walk to the / Piedmont park/delicious restaurants. Highly recommend for those looking for a place in midtown!

Outstanding building! It is superbly managed with a responsive and professional Leasing Office, 5 Star Concierge Desk and rapid Top Notch Maintenance. Friendly and courteous neighbors abound in a beautiful building on Midtown's quietest street. Did I mention it is less then one block from the main entrance from Atlanta's Central Park, Piedmont Park? I've lived here for 3 years now and have no plans to leave!

I’ve lived at Registry on the Park for almost 2 years now and cannot say enough how incredible the experience has been! Janelle, Stephanie and Brendan have been the best leasing office to work with. They’ve become friends! And Jeremy is the kindest concierge who will help with anything you need. I love living here!

I’ve lived at the Registry for nearly four years, and if not for a new job requiring me to move out of state, I would have happily stayed for another four years or more. Several aspects of this apartment building made it truly feel like home. As a single woman with a dog, I always felt safe and welcomed.
From the concierges and maintenance team to the cleaning staff and leasing agents, every staff member made my experience here wonderful. From day one, my pup and I felt genuinely welcomed. I cannot recommend this place enough—Brendan, Janelle, Stephanie, Jeremey, and the entire team are the sweetest people, embodying true Southern hospitality and charm.
The building is always clean, and any issues, no matter how minor, are promptly addressed by Maurice and his team. The neighborhood itself is also clean, safe, and charming. Everyone here puts in 100% effort to ensure a pleasant living experience. I highly recommend the Registry!

We've been here for almost 3 years and have enjoyed every moment! The staff are so friendly and always willing to help. We've especially loved working with Janelle and Brendan, but everyone is fantastic! The location is perfect by the park, and it's still quiet! Super dog-friendly building, and we've loved getting to meet so many of our neighbors through the community events! Highly recommend living here!

I have lived here for over 2 years now and the staff is absolutely amazing, super friendly, super responsive and always willing to help us with anything possible! The events they put together are a great way to meet neighbors and overall I can't think of a better place to live! They truly go above and beyond to make sure we live in a safe, fun, and caring community!
