This is a late review but I've been renting with them since January and finished my rental in June,I rented a Toyota and Nissan. The manager is super nice and they have nice affordable prices/ cars for me to rent with them! If you ever passing by Atlanta for a while hit them up and rent car with them.

They were absolutely amazing. My car was totalled and I didn't want to be rushed into buying another . This company made it so easy to rent. Price was a little high but I was ok with it because of how easy the process was.

Thomas responded immediately and was very helpful. I reached out due to needing transportation as soon as possible. Thomas was empathetic, shared what I would need to obtain services and transparent. Upon vehicle pickup, Thomas had paperwork prepared, and it was the quickest car rental procedure EVER!
No long lines or tons of paperwork which waste time when you are on a schedule.
The vehicle rides nice and has modern upgrades to get you where you need to go without a worry at all. Thomas was patient through difficult moments and professional. Thankful for his help, more than you can imagine.

Xpress Car Rental made sure our move to the Atlanta area, where a car is almost a must-have, went as smoothly as possible. Thomas gave us a great deal on an almost new, reliable and comfortable car. We ended up renting from them for the entire duration of our stay, despite our initial plan to buy a used car after the first month. Highly recommended for any long term car rental needs you might have!

Got into a car accident on March 31st of this year and needed some wheels while the truck was being repaired, randomly called this place of business and was very happy I did. Thomas gave me a great deal on the rental (2018 chevy cruz) for the month ina half I needed it for. He was willing to work with me on not only a very fair price but also a lengthy rental time. If you find yourself needing a rental dont hesitate to call xpress!

My car engine died and dealership would take quite a while to inspect and provide a courtesy car and repair. I was recommended to Xpress by a friend. What a strike of luck. Rented a car for 5 weeks at a very good rate. Company was very responsive and professional. Gave me an upgraded vehicle at no extra cost. I cannot recommend this company with less than a 100% high rating. If you need a car, locally, for a prolonged period, then look no further, you will be well taken care of. Xpress has always done well by me! Thomas is a decent man & a professional. He tries to help in any way he can. I have had my vehicle for 2 yrs now and have been told I am a great customer! Well, I attribute some of that great compliment to the wonderful service I have received while doing business with Xpress! They will be my first choice if ever I need a lease/rental in the future. It is a Fraud! They never return the deposit part. They will invent an excuse to not reimburse it. Worst customer service in my life. No manager, nobody to complaint. If you dont want to be scammed dont rent here!

My friend had some terrible credit issues after his divorce ..bankruptcy etc, and was being quoted car loans for 25% interest. I drove him there to pick it up. He just went to Xpress. Rented from them for a year off and on until his credit was back, and He wasn’t stuck in a long term bad loan once He was ready to buy a car.Super easy. No questions. Just tell them how long—day, a week, or a month. And you can use their insurance—or add to your own temporarily. You go and sign, and if you need it longer, call them up, simple signature again. And keep going as long as you need. Really took pressure off of him for asking for rides and paying for Uber everywhere. Great folks.
