These are your vape shop people. Customer service is almost always consistent, which, you know, I like a vape shop with a little character. Had an exceptional experience today. Called at least 8 vape shops around the area looking for a particular juice and couldn’t find it anywhere. Jordan at my trusty Xhale City Cheshire Bridge was the only person who engaged me on the phone after saying they didn’t carry it. Talked me through some flavors, and when I came in they greeted me by name and we had a lovely interaction picking out flavors. Totally hooked me up. If only they’d carry Royalty Two by Vapetasia, they’d be my go-to shop for everything. If you want an informed, personable experience, go here. Thanks, y’all.

I love exhale city. I’ve never been treated badly at any of their locations. My review isn’t about that. I went into Cheshire bridge around 1030 one night. The cashier was working alone. I always see at least two people in any store I go in especially at night. And the store I go to most in Buford normally has three men in it until closing. Anyways, I feel like the cashier was just unsafe late at night. Y’all should really do something to make sure this doesn’t happen. I wouldn’t have been comfortable if I were her. Other than that love you guys

I frequent this place every week. And the employees, the staff are exceptional. I fortunately live close, but if I didn't, I would still shop here. The staff offers the absolute best customer service. Honestly the best retail experience I've ever had. And that's because of the people you hire. Thankyou. Forever a loyal customer. Omg Jordan & Taylor was sooooo helpful & I suggest they get a raise for the customer service they provided! This was my first experience in a vape shop & they were so helpful making sure I knew the deals and got what I needed for a great price !! Wow !!! Impressed.

The staff needs to be trained. I bought an $80 vape rig and when I asked questions they had to Google it. They didn't set it up for me, or offer any assistance. When I asked for a manager they looked at me like I was nuts. After pushing, they finally called a manager, who refused to talk to me.No Customer Service Here!!!

store sold me the wrong pods for my Koko even when I showed him the pod it was and soecified it was the new one. He even checked the packaging (literally brought my vape in?) and then came back a few minutes after leaving and they were unhelpful , couldnt return them even thought i only opened the package to see they were the wrong ones. Best he could do was “offer me a disposable” even though i just wasted $15 bucks and told them they might as well throw away the brand new pods cause I cant use them and they don’t know their products.

Everyone is great, Ty has always been the person to help me and he is always a delight. Make it a point to come here when I’m driving through town.Back in again and Noah is wonderful too. I really love this place!

This has to be the worst hookah store in Georgia, this store is like daylight robbery, I came in for a hookah coal burner. The white cashier dude without a name tag legit packaged a broken item with the box torn and sold it to me. The moment I left the store and returned less than 10min when I found out the store said their sale is final even if it works or not and they can’t exchange or replace it. There are better stores down the street, for ur sanity and peace of mind please just stay away from this store.
