Found the product variety very good. The person who helped me was very accommodating for my.laxk of expertise. I walked out with products I'm very happy with. This is my new go-to. Parking is a bit of a pain, but manageable.

can agree people behind the counter are rude and you feel like you’re bothering them. also they never have cool mint/menthol in stock. you would think a popular flavor would be carried more. one of the guys even said “oh yeah its popular we should honestly be ordering more” THEN DO IT!!! Sucks this is literally a 80 foot walk and I have to drive past it every time

girl at the counter is extremely rude- acted like she couldnt be bothered with anything. Didn't even greet me when I entered. No one wants to shop at a place where the cashier is just trying to make it harder for you to make a purchase! Won't be going here again, it's a shame because it's such a good location too.

I initially started coming to this location for the best prices over other shops in EAV & Little 5 Points, but obviously the great people who work at Xhale City are my reason to keep coming back. The prices are just a perk. Also noticed that majority, if not all, of the employees are women, which is also extremely refreshing. These women are awesome and fun to talk to.PS, shout out Nia - they're so very helpful, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about the customers who go here.
