If I could rate -10 I would rate that with our service. Absolutely terrible customer service and service in general! They have no problem charging you $300+ a month but can not provide any service you are being charged for! You make appointments for them to come out only for them to cancel on you. We have definitely not received the service we are paying for or requested!!! This is the worst company as far as cable and WiFi we have ever received!!! I can't even speak to an actual person! Beware any one thinking of getting their services!!

Naima provided me with 10 start service. Very professional, patient and sweet. She explained a process to set up my internet twice and walked through it with me step by step. If you needed anything at all yall know who to go!

Very helpful and efficient. Made my switch so seamless, I almost forgot to change my address. Will visit this store again if ever needed in the future, but the guys took care of me so well, I doubt I'll need anything else.

I must say I am disappointed. I've complained on line in chat and on the phone. My video streaming clips and say the message "please be patient...attempting to resume your program". This is on the streaming site.

I received outstanding service from Kiana Doy. She is the reason that I am still an Xfinity customer today! I finally figured out, after about 5 calls to Xfinity, that my tv boxes needed to be replaced - after only 1 year. I figured it out - NOT the Xfinity phone customer service employees. Then the Xfinity phone customer service agent told me I could go to a location to pick up replacement tv boxes so I went to the Xfinity location at the Battery in Atlanta, GA where I was told by Kiana that Xfinity hasn’t had the tv boxes in store for quite a while. Needless to say, I was furious and was going to cancel my service right then. Seeing how upset I was, Kiana quickly went to action and provided a level of customer service that is missing in today’s world. When I came back on Oct. 11, 2023, to return the old tv boxes, Joseph Brown assisted me. He also provided excellent customer service. They both had calming, pleasant, understanding demeanors and treated me with respect and kindness. I hope that these 2 will be recognized and rewarded for their outstanding service to me and for Xfinity.

Came in for a dead modem. Replaced and out in about 5 minutes. Staff was nice and professional. I’ll be back if I have any other issues!

Terrible service! Everyone in line was told we had to sit down and get out of the way of the door, and naturally everyone who walked in after the line had sat down stood in the door and was seen first! Told there was a “queue” of people and that’s how the kept track of who was next but I saw the reps debating who was next in line. People walked in and were immediately seen while I had to wait an hour to drop off equipment Totally unfair and terrible service to the people who did as they what they were told.
