I’ve been to this location twice and each time Larry was my representative. He’s fresh out of training but he has AMAZING customer service, he’s anll smiles, and he has lots of patience lol he made sure that he did everything correctly before I left each time. Great experience.

Eddie (4 last names) is amazing! He is knowledgeable and very clear in his explanations.
On Sunday, I wasted two hours online and on the phone trying to resolve a problem and also get contract renewal information.
On Tuesday, met Eddie and he kept me as a Comcast customer.
