DO NOT STAY HERE. Valet lost our keys (in a forced valet set-up) and the hotel took zero responsibility. They do not care about their customers and will do nothing to support you

Stayed from Friday to Monday. Not once was our room made up or clean towels brought. Even after notifying the staff, the response was “That’s odd,” without any explanation or even an acknowledgment of the issue. Dispensers for conditioner and body wash both empty when we arrived. Not the service expected in any hotel, let alone one that’s almost $300/night. Disgraceful.

Central location next to Ponce City Market - beautiful Tapestry Collection by Hilton hotel! Room was spotless and decor is so warm and inspiring. Food in Mrs. P’s Kitchen was excellent. Had the grilled Caesar, short rib, and apple tart.100% recommend it all! Front desk offered fresh flowers for purchase for your hotel room -Lovely touch!Cocktails and service by Jackie were excellent! The sunroom off the restaurant is perfect for grabbing a drink and apps with friends. The restaurant had deep booths and lots of books for intimate dining.10/10 recommend.

I would have loved to be able to say I like that Hotel but I can’t..Great location, friendly staff. But the following where a deal breaker for me;No hot water this morningNot even an attempt to accomodate late check out request (despite gold status)Over priced Valet and automatic 20% added to breakfast addition.Couple things were broken in the room (curtains)Bed was great.Overall, that was the kind of experience that make me stick with Marriott instead of Hilton.

Lovely hotel. My only critique that the hydration stations only take colored water bottles. Would be nice to have complimentary water. Other than that great service and great hotel. Clean, stylish, and quiet. There's construction next door but doesn't bother much.

Hotel is fresh, clean, and crisp. Rooms are on the smaller side, but laid out efficiently ex.wall mounted, bar/desk with stool. Don't be fooled by upgrade to a balcony though, it's not usable & overlooks construction that is just across a very very narrow alley. Great little bar with a small, but well crafted cocktail menu. Bar was busy for boutique hotel, midweek. The vibe was warm, welcoming & ideal for small group, laid back socialing with multiple tables ordering in food to eat in the bar.

I had a great experience at the Wylie Hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was nicely updated, which added to the overall comfort. However, the only downside was the lack of a closet, with only one hanger provided, which made it challenging to hang my shirts. Despite this small inconvenience, I still had a pleasant stay at the Wylie Hotel.

Hilton Gold here and stayed here simply because it's a Hilton. First, horribly unbelievable small room. Not a hangar in the whole room or anywhere to hang clothes. Constant music from the terrace outside and when that's not blaring it's road noise. There is a sink in the bedroom. I get eccentric, but this is really bad and not worth the money. I get that it's a nice sink, but if I wanted a sink outside of the bathroom and all of the noise, I'd have booked the Super 8. When i asked to be moved (and offered to pay), it was apparently sold out.

Exceptional guest experience at this 4th Ward Icon. Jaleesa, Monique & Jonathan set the tone with their warm smile and purposeful conversation. Close to the Ponce Market Center this is definitely my new home away from home.Walkability: Convenient to Ponce Market Center

Beautiful hotel that only recently joined the Hilton brand. It's still got an independent boutique feel though. Great breakfast menu and fun little bar lounge area. Room was small and efficient, but very well appointed.Lots of construction in this area during our stay. It's a few minutes walk to the Ponce City Market.

The biggest asset to this hotel is definitely the staff. They were incredibly friendly, accomodating, and helpful. The folks in the front were always opening the door for me and helping me with my luggage when I got in and out of rideshare. The staff in the restaurant on the first floor were also very kind and readily offered suggestions to help me and my friend choose what we would like to eat.The hotel itself is definitely a boutique experience. My room was small, with the bathroom sink in the bedroom. It had no closet or drawers to put away clothing, but did have hangers if I needed to hang clothes and I was told I could ask for more if needed. I didn't mind any of this as I was in the hotel for only a 3 night stay and just wanted a comfortable place to sleep.

Beautiful hotel. Was disappointed because we specifically paid for a balcony room and got basically no balcony. It was an end room, couldn't even fit chairs out there to sit and enjoy, I think we should've been compensated for that. We could've saved some money by getting a regular room if we had known.

gorgeous new hotel but phone in room didn't work, called from my cell and no one answered 3 different times, Finally requested vehicle and never told valet. Service sucks ... and they weren't busy bc employees were laughing and talking when I came down.

Cute hotel with quaint rooms but it’s really expensive for what you receive. There aren’t any views due to the building being erected next door. $45 per day for valet parking with no other option is flat out robbery. The linens were stiff, as if they’d been air dried. The coffee was not fully replenished and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. There were two cocktail glasses but only one coffee cup, one wine glass, and one bathrobe. There was a writing pad with no pen. The bed was super comfortable. I enjoyed the technology of controlling much of the room from the remote.

We were expecting a luxurious stay here based on the positive reviews and price we paid but we did not enjoy our stay. First, the suites are advertised for 4 people but really only sleep 2 (couch is tiny/not pull out and no rollaway beds available, no full curtains in living area). There was no maid service or even a refresh on our two night stay despite multiple requests because they were short staffed and someone called out sick (??). Difficult to get linens sent to room, etc. Location was central but there was ongoing construction right next to our room and you could hear every hammer and all traffic noise. Would not stay here again. Only positive I can say is that the decor was pretty.
