Do not buy a car here or have it serviced here! First, the salesman that sold us the vehicle was awful, he was more interested in whatever was in his phone. He didn’t have much knowledge of the vehicle or at least tried to convince us why we should purchase it. The vehicle pretty much sold itself because it definitely wasn’t the sales guy. The vehicle we purchased was a used vehicle, they guaranteed that it was a certified used vehicle. The way it was explained to us is that they throughly inspected this vehicle and proper maintenance was taken care of. Which was apparently far from the truth. A month into having the vehicle the brakes began to squeal really loud which we thought was unusual. We took it to another Toyota dealership because World Toyota was too far to drive. The mechanic at that dealership stated that there was an issue with the brake and recommend we take it back to the dealership we purchased it from. When we had the time we drove over an hour to the dealership to have them look at the brakes, they stated they fixed the issue, however no more than a week later the same issue started. We called and they told us to bring it back again to be fixed. Long story short, the brakes still squeal, nobody at this dealership is willing to help, and it’s going to cost over $250 to repair based on the recommendation of another Toyota dealership which was something that should have been fixed by World Toyota on two different occasions. 0/10 would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Tahiru is the best, he pays so much attention a to details and makes sure that as a customer, you are satisfied. He calls your attention to what needs to be fixed in your vehicle in a timely manner. He so much looks out for his customers. I can only entrust my car with Tahiru at all time.

Honest review and management is 100% ok to respond as I have all digital correspondence. I found a car I wanted, emailed them that I wanted it, sales manager I won't name calls me immediately, chat about car and want to move forward...... Crickets. I call the next day and speak with sales agent and gets me excited that the car is available and will have same manager reach out with quote....... Crickets..... I reach out once again! Speak to another sales guy and finally get a quote from same sales manager. Yes there were emails sent to the manager and GENERAL MANAGER as well. I get a quote that is way more than the MSRP and email back a counter. Crickets..... I get a text from one of the sales guys and I said I am done. I wanted to buy a car with not test drive, 30 days out, etc. This business model might work during the boom times as apparently you don't want my business. I was willing to pay sticker minus some BS dealer fees. Management......Respond please to this public review as you won't respond to personal emails. I have purchased the same car 2024 RAV4 Hybrid Limited from another dealer at a $1200 lower cost. Shame on you and please feel to respond or even reach out to me personally. This information is 100% accurate. Sorry I would not submit to extra fees I guess? Ghosting the client is never a good idea.

Zach Riggs was awesome! He was very attentive and extremely accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted in a very competitive market. This guy deserves a raise!
