KALALEXIS SOUTHWARD NEEDS TO BE FIRED FROM MANAGEMENT The service at this location is usually good but they are ran by poor management that yells out your account is in the negative in front of customers I was not greeted properly I felt really uncomfortable with KALALEXIS SOUTHWARD SHE ALSO COUGHED ON ME. I HAD SOME WHERE TO BE AND SHE WAS GOING THRU MY ACCOUNT WITH HER TRAINEE BASICALLY SAYING MY ACCOUNT IS A BAD NEGATIVE ACCOUNT. I was just trying to depsoit my check she never asked me she thaught I was tryna get cash SO SHE SAID OUT LOUD “YOU CANT GET CASH BECAUSE YOUR ACCOUNT IS IN THE NEGATIVE !!!” if she wasn’t rude and would’ve greeted me she would’ve had not embarrassed me in from of customers and her staff like that
