The “would you like to leave a tip?”push for a photography store at check out, is a bit much
First of all… I haven’t seen the completed project. (DVD transfer to USB stick).
Second. I was told twice a manager would call and update me on “where my order was”. Never did. So I am sorry I didn’t tip this time. Hope you understand

Cheap, fast, and easy to develop film

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! The manager, Liv, made my wedding album process a nightmare. She constantly criticized photos of my wedding. Super sketchy place. Everytime I checked in on it they said Liv was unavailable or not in and she’d never return my messages. Do not go here! Not returning or recommending.

Ordered film development here. The only way to know if it's done is to call them proactively. No SMS notifications, no online tracking, and no response to emails. Not impressed with the service.

I just don’t know what to say… I came back from my first time solo traveling to Scotland, brought back 5 rolls of film to develop. One got lost in my bag, the rest I decided to try at Wolf photos since my usual film lab is fairly pricey. Imagine my suprise when I paid 20% MORE than I usually do, to see some of the worst photos I’ve ever produced. Now I am beginner/ intermediate when it comes to shooting film. But I do now that the ISO and my camera settings should not have produced the results I got on a sunny/ overcast day. I am BEYOND devestated. Save your money and sanity and bring your business to Bellows for winning results. Photos included are at Wolf and the one found roll I later developed at Bellows. Both shot in very similar settings/conditions. I am just so sad.

I could've gone to Walmart DIY Photo center and gotten a better result for a digital photo copy...Staff seems incompetent and pretty bad customer service.

Many years ago, I had 8MM film that needed to be transferred to an up-to-date media, which at the time was a DVD. Since then, I needed to update to another media type such as a thumb drive.
I purchased an external DVD device so I could transfer the photos only to find out the photos were encrypted. The camera company that transferred my photos to the DVD closed years ago, so I was stuck. I called several camera places including the Ritz Camera company and everyone said they could not unencrypt the photos. I was heart broken because the photos and videos were of my children at a young age.
By chance, I stumbled upon a company called Wolf Camera in Atlanta and sent an email describing my issue and the most helpful person, Liv Wolf, said she thought she could unencrypt the DVDs so I mailed one to try it out. Low and behold, I received a response that said it worked and she put the photos in the cloud, so I never have to worry about out-of-date media access.
Customer service and trust is very important to me as it is to most consumers and this company is top notch. They offer prints, books, collages, cards, wall décor, and so much more from photos you can upload from your phone.
I don’t usually write reviews but felt compelled because of the pleasant customer experience with Liv.

FINALLY 'have found a professional photo shop that goes above and beyond for photo restoration, photo duplicate copies, and customer service. I had a number of very old family heirloom photos that I was hoping to restore and share with family members. One of the photos was a VERY old photo of my grandparents on a horse and carriage - probably about 100 years old: an unusual size 3.25x5.5, a color photo that was an aged tan/brown/cream colored, and was almost totally severed in half. I also dropped off additional enlarged family photos that ranged in sizes, some about 75 years old and others very recent. WOW! It was amazing on the day of pickup - to see these precious photos PERFECTLY restored - and the newer ones scanned. Even the color of the one over 100 years old is AMAZING - I didn't think it was possible! Each photo, regardless of age, was perfect! The manager and designer, Liv, and also the designer Anna Kate, could not have been anymore professional and brilliant. (I have to drive over an hour to get to this location, but it is worth the drive. I'll be back - and maybe next time will order one of the large photo wall options.)

I spent over $1000 with them, and the owner added charges to prices on written quotes by her employee, which I paid; then after I waited five months for the last job to be done and after she promised to have it done by Jan 15, she said on January 15 that she had finally looked at the work that had to be done and was not willing to do it unless I paid for two extra hours of restoration labor beyond the quoted price. She had fired the employee but the company not me the customer needed to suffer if we underquoted. None of my prior work had ever been done by the dates they said it would be done. Very unprofessional.

Used to get good quality passport photo done here. Came in for one today and they didn’t have camera working, so instead they use iPhone. I was told that they have been using phone for passport photo for month and had no complaints. I called earlier the same day to inquire about services and it was not mentioned once that they don’t have camera working. Considering that they change $20 for the photo, you’d expect better service

5 stars for Liv and the crew at the Wolf photo bar. Stayed late to help me with an issue.

Ever since all the Wolf cameras have closed in the Atl area, I've been so disappointed w all the other photo shops around town (developing photos at CVS does not count). Imagine my delight when I found the last standing Wolf camera shop! It's on Roswell Rd in Buckhead. Finally I can have quality pictures developed again! Liv, the store manager is amazing. They were backed up from photos since Sat bc their machine had broke, and on Mon she was still able to get my pictures developed same day. Great service! (Just note: Yelp has their hours wrong. They are open 11am-6pm, Mon-Sat. Closed Sun)
