Dr. Rice is incredibly nice and so is the whole staff. I am glad I went here. my senior dog needed a wellness check up and a prescription refill. the facility was clean, the front staff was incredibly friendly. and its convenient location made it so much easier. I highly recommend this clinic.

I took my dog (Jude) to this veterinarian clinic for the 1st time today...and I can't sing my praises loud enough for this place!! I wish I could give more stars! I felt so comfortable taking my (reactive) dog to this vet! I had recently had a terrible experience after my dog (14 year old Abbey? ?)was diagnosed wrong and ignored that i knew it was time for her to travel to The Rainbow Bridge and it caused her to suffer due to the vet giving her an injection that caused her to go into liver failure about 12 hours later. They did not listen to the fact she stopped eating and drinking when I brought her in and ignored (the heart breaking decision) I had to make).havingher euthanized so she would not suffer anymore.I walked into this vet office and almost immediately felt comfortable and knew my baby Jude was going to be taken care of! ItWas like walking into a family party where everyone loves your dog. Thank you all for showing love to my sweet Jude! I look forward to a long relationship with you all caring for Jude and the next rescue I adopt. ???

WCAH is an excellent practice! Both doctors are kind and knowledgeable, as are all of their staff. We had to put two of our older pets to sleep earlier this year (kidney failure, and cancer) and both times, they were so supportive and caring. It made what was a very difficult, sad decision and process just a little bit easier. I am grateful that we live nearby; we'll be taking our pets to them for years to come.

We’ve got 4 dogs, and have been taking them all to Winter’s Chapel for a few years now. Dr. Duncan and the staff has been great! Much more pleasant and consistent than the other vets in the neighborhood.

I love this place. They are competent, compassionate people that really do their best to take care of animals. The staff is always willing to answer any questions or concerns, and the doctors will also take the time to discuss any specific concerns you have. It's just a really great office that does a really great job taking care of animals.

I recently moved closer to the area and I was nervous about switching vets. I’m glad I did. They are absolutely great! I would recommend to anyone. The team is amazing.

Really felt like Dr Duncan took note of everything we said and really had a good look at our dog. They treat them in a nonaggressive way and it’s safe to say our dog loves going to the vet. Thanks so much for listening to our concerns and making an effort to try and help our pup. Your staff is amazing as well.

From my experience I’m not happy with this clinic. I’ve tried to brush off my apprehensions in the past, but I will no longer put my pets in their care. They don’t provide solutions or answers to my concerns. One of the vets here is judgmental and dismissive. My final straw was after I took my cat here for a check up and to address his vomiting. They were rough with my cat after attempting to do a blood draw and get urine. I understand handling animals is unpredictable and this is their job. However my cat was howling in pain within a few hours of getting home the same day. I knew something was wrong when my cat isolated himself and wouldn’t allow anyone to touch him. He was limping on the leg they used to get blood and urine from. It was pitiful to watch my baby in this position. I hate writing this review for an animal clinic but this has been weighing on me. I see that others have positive experiences and I’m glad that is the case. I will look into other options for my pet family.

It was only fate that brought me to Winters Chapel Animal Hospital. The name, rather ironic as I am from Michigan where we don't get scared of snow on the roads. But hey, maybe that's what made it feel like home. It's a small location, and hard to miss considering Google Maps sent me into the neighborhood behind the building. Watch out for that if you're navigating there. Anyway, as I said it was fate that brought me to an animal hospital in a state that was not mine, for a dog I do not own. Being the helpful boyfriend that I am though, it seemed reasonable to pick the dog up and save my girlfriend the drive over. If we ever come across another potcake we feel inclined to adopt from the Bahamas, you bet your behind I will drive myself 14 hours from The North just to have its' tubes tied. Where I'm from, there's no such thing as Spay Georgia. There also no such thing as veterinarians taking their time to stay and answer every damn concern as if my helicopter girlfriend was there asking the questions herself. You see, if I messed this up then Willa wouldn't have been the only pet getting fixed. I walked in to pick up after ringing the bell as instructed. The door was answered, not by staff but by a customer who was known by name. She said goodbye with a "see you next time.". The building itself was not anything fancy, but they were also in the midst of renovating. I had Willa in my possession, and the veterinarian who performed the surgery answering my questions within 5 minutes of walking in the door. He was patient, knowledgeable, and had answers to most of the girlfriend-provided questionnaire before it was even asked. He checked over all the paperwork to ensure accuracy, fixed a registration issue with a microchip that I wouldn't have even known was a problem, and we were on the road shortly after. Given my experience with veterinarians from my area, which us usually a hurried conversation where it's clear they are trying to head right back out the door, it was a refreshing experience. Willa promptly left a one star review on their front lawn and we were on our way, minus some ovaries.

We recently moved to the Atlanta area and it was very important to find a vet who had the same passion and small family feel. WE LOVE DR. DUNCAN! I took my baby in to get his overgrown nail looked at and I’ve never had a vet talk to my animal so calm, keeping him relaxed. Copper even got a treat after?

Our puppy needed exploratory surgery, and this clinic was half the cost of all other places in town! He healed quickly with no complications. They did such a wonderful job and were so thankful!
