I recently toured the Midtown apartment complex while exploring relocation options for my new job. Although Midtown wasn't initially on my list, I decided to take a chance and was pleasantly surprised. While it may not be the newest building around, the value it offers is truly remarkable. The spacious units and expansive patios are a major draw, and the staff's warm and welcoming demeanor makes you feel right at home.I had the pleasure of meeting with Lindsey, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area and the building itself. Considering my relocation from the North, she even arranged for me to meet with Natalie, the Property Manager, who is also originally from the North and shared her own love for the area and the building.I'm eagerly awaiting my offer, as I'm confident that Midtown will soon be my new home. I have lived here for the past 3 years. Windsor at Midtown has been a very nice place to call home. I actually may be back, but I have to move for the moment. I'd like to take time out to give a special shout out to the maintenance team, specifically Brandon and Stephen. They continue to give exceptional customer service and are prompt when reacting to maintenance calls. This place is gorgeous, in a prime location, and definitely a place that I am proud to have called my home. I highly recommend this apartment.-Cherise Wallace

I scheduled a tour of the property and took off work for the tour. It was the earliest tour they offer. When I got there I followed the directions on parking and going to the leasing office. There was no answer when I dialed in at the parking gate per instructions. I called the phone number in the email and was given the same instructions for parking. I emailed to try and get help for the tour. No response. I received numerous reminders about the tour so for them to not even show up is disappointing and I worry is indicative of their overall service. There are too many apartment complexes in Atlanta to live somewhere that can't even act like they care before they get your money.

If you're looking for a great place to live I definitely would recommend Windsor at midtown I love living here I will be moving out soon but I will say that the management is amazing as well as the maintenance team it's a great location to live in you're in the middle of everything you will never get bored living here you're less than a block away from piedmont park the Museum and lots of great restaurants and bars. I will tell you there are not lots of luxurious apartments with a private balcony in midtown at these prices so definitely check them out the managers name is Natalie she is awesome so kind and so understanding thank you Natalie!!!! ❤️

Renting from Windsor was a great experience from start to finish. It’s not like other apartment complexes that show nice pictures and talk the talk on their website but then don’t walk the walk. The complex is very clean and quiet, which is what most renters want when they come home. And if any issue came up, the office was quick to respond and then help to resolve. Thank you to Madea, Natalie, Tomorrow, and Lani who were all very helpful. Also, this is a great location being close to so many restaurants, Piedmont Park, Ipic movie theater, High museum, and other downtown/midtown destinations. For any churchgoers that may need a new church home upon arrival, Free Chapel is located directly across the street. So don’t hesitate looking into Windsor at Midtown if you’re moving to the area.

I really loved living at Windsor. It was nice to live somewhere that wasn't trying to offer wild "luxury" amenities, and instead simply focused on a great living experience. The apartments are great, the property is well maintained, and the staff was always on top of everything. Danny, in maintenance, was particularly great. He was always in a great mood, and was quick to help sort issues out. I never felt like I was burdening him, and he even went above and beyond to repair our dishwasher when it started acting goofy, instead of replacing it altogether.

I just want to say I am very satisfied with our new maintenance supervisor Stephen at Midtown. He really cares for the Tenants and making sure the property is the best that it can be. He is very respectful and I am glad we have him at our community. All around great guy.

Updating this from year 1 to year 2 (moveout).Original review: Windsor at Midtown is a great property with quick access to a number of good restaurants and Piedmont Park. The staff is very helpful and responsive to requests. Great place to live and the neighbors are awesome as well!Update: While there was a lot of change in the staff, it was still great service. I cannot think of a single interaction we had with the staff that was a negative experience. You will enjoy this location if you enjoy quick access to food, entertainment,or just enjoy the hustle/bustle of the city without being afraid of getting shivved. I lived in 3 different Atlanta apartments over 7 years, and this one was by far the best. The only downside I had was that the elevators would be out of commission quite frequently, leaving only one elevator per side available. If you can stomach a mere 2-3 minute wait for an elevator, this is the place to be. I will miss living here.
