At the Howell mill location - you paid some guy to put a boot on my car. Had to pay him $75 to get the boot removed. Worst experience ever.

I love willy’s food but I paid extra money on top of the near $1500 order I placed for my catering order to be delivered and set up at my event (from Athens, GA location). I’m not sure what type of third party set up is in place but whoever delivered my order was not a Willy’s employee as implied when I placed my order, he was a roadside service worker. He was extremely unprofessional and rude, cursing, answering another phone call while we were talking which he became irate on, and I ended up having to both set up and clean up his mess (he dropped an entire bag of our food and salsa spilled everywhere). He also demanded my signature on a piece of paper which I had questions about and he his reply was “I’m only doing my job, I can’t help you.” Extremely disappointed and would never recommend Willy’s catering to anyone nor use it again.

North Decatur and Claremont Location. DO NOT bother ordering for pickup on the Willy’s website. You’ll show up to get it and it WON’T be there. The manager will then stand there like nothing is going on while the staff ignores the order you’ve already paid for. They’ll take everyone who is in line before they think to begin your order, and then, when after 15 minutes you complain, you’ll realize they threw your order away and haven’t even started it. You’ll give up and tell them you want a refund, and they’ll say “we can’t give you a refund, you’ll have to go through the willy’s website.” You’ll go to the Willy’s website and find NO way to request a refund for the $60 they’ve already charged to your account. You’ll call the store, and the manager will hang up on you. I get that COVID has made things hard on the restaurant business, but they had 4 people working. The manager literally did NOTHING while the other three were running around. He didn’t even bother to say sorry when I showed up to pick up my order and they hadn’t even printed it off. At some point, you don’t get to use covid as an excuse anymore.

Poor service from the Tucker location on LaVista. Associate lies to say no more peppers. Manager says it will be 5 minutes. It too 5 minutes just to cut them. Then attempt Ed to put uncooked peppers and onions on my burrito. Still waiting. It’s been over 15 minutes now. There is no care. No apologies Nothing but…”my name is Nellie”. Nellie is the unprofessional manager and poor service should not be tolerated!

They are very unhelpful with renewing Paycom information. It’s a important factor that I revive my w-2s from them and no one EVER answers the phone I’ve called about 40 times now between yesterday and today. Just outrageous

I would have given our experience 3 stars or below but Willy's Corporate took care of my delayed delivery before I even had a chance to leave a bad review or complain. I can't thank their team enough (Corporate and store staff) for taking care of our needs! Everything turned out great!

I haven't been to the Delk Rd location in Marietta in 3 months and I now suddenly have a random charge on my bank account from this location. I called to find out about it and the guy on the phone at that location was nonchalant in tone with an attitude as he told me that their credit card machine was down and has been charging people from the previous month and was in a rush to get me off the phone as he quickly gave me the number to coopearte. I had to ask him twice for the number as he continued to rush through it like he had an issue with me asking about the charge. I called the cooperate number several times with no responce or callback & I have yet to hear anything back from cooperate. This is ridiculous!
