“Omg! This establishment represents customer service to the fullest. My daughter wasn't able to avoid a pot hole while driving in Atlanta. I'm 5 hours away and wasn't able to get to her. I searched online for a tire shop closes to her school and Tire South (Howell) came up. I read the reviews and decided this is the one. From the time I called and spoke to Akeen to the time she checked out with Travis, I was overjoyed with how we were treated. Travis said something to me that more businesses should put thought behind. Travis said, "Without you the customer, we would not have a job."
