I had an amazing experience getting fitted and shopping for shoes with Tara!! I’ve been out of running for forever and was worried I would feel out of place stepping into a running store. This couldn’t be farther from the truth. Tara was warm, encouraging, and patient with all of my questions and the prices were very reasonable. A professional fitting was also a game changer in finding the right shoes. I would truly recommend West Stride to runners of any level.

I went in for a fitting and had such a great experience. Katrina was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I never felt rushed and left with shoes and insoles that I'm excited to run in! If you are on the fence about getting some real running shoes I can highly recommend West Stride--fitting process is data driven and the staff are so kind and all love running!

Robin was super helpful, answered all of my questions, and made great shoe recommendations. I found two pairs I loved, tried them out on the treadmill, and went home with both.

Staff is so nice! I called to inquire about Hoka women’s shoes and the team member was thrilled to ask me about what style and size I was looking for and promised me they had a nice selection to choose from.

We had a great experience and were able to purchase multiple pairs of Lululemon and Free People shorts for my daughters. Great selection of colors and sizes. A friendly and helpful staff too!

I shamelessly shop here every weekend and every time I go, the staff is I friendly helpful, knowledgeable, snd sooo friendly! Sally knows my entire family by now for how much she’s helped us with a smile on her face! My entire family is outfitted with shoes and apparel from here and I highly recommend it to anyone I speak with! There is no other place to get fitted for running shoes the RIGHT way the FIRST time! Love that it’s women owned too, and the owner is a lovely human who I see at the store often. Highly recommend!

West stride is a women owned running store right in Buckhead. I came in looking for a shoe for the gym and was given so much support and attention. They did a whole foot analysis (with the results emailed to me) and we talked about what I had been wearing and what I liked. I ended up trying on 3 different shoes (2 of which I never would have thought were good fits for me). Walked out with a new pair of shoes (although I would have loved to have bought socks, clothes, etc too). These ladies know what they're selling. I highly recommend this store if you need fitness apparel or shoes.

I finally quit procrastinating and visited West Stride to get fitted for some running shoes. I believe Tara (I hope I spelled that right) was the one to assist me and she was so helpful and patient. After doing a gait analysis she brought out several shoes for me to try on. I told her I was traveling soon and would be doing some hiking so she also brought out some trail shoes for me to check out. One cool thing, as I was trying some shoes on a woman came in looking for a specific type of shoe. Tara said they didn't have it but then recommended that she check out another shoe store that's close by. I thought it spoke volumes that staff were willing to recommend a competitor. They cared more about making sure customers got what they need even if it wasn't from them. I ended up getting two pairs of shoes - one for running and another for running errands, some inserts, and a pair of socks. They have an app where you can earn points for purchases and redeem them for money off future purchases so I was able to rack up some points. I saw a lot of cute clothes but I decided to give my wallet and Tara a break. I'll definitely be back though to redeem them and check out their new stock. On the day I went, Tara mentioned that a Hoka rep was coming in that day to show them new shoe lines so they keep their inventory fresh. Overall, I'd highly recommend checking them out if you need to be fitted for shoes. Parking is free and in a shared lot so you should be able to find something. Happy trails!

First time at this store, very impressive with the attention to detail from the staff. With there state of the art equipment, we were to find the best running shoes for my wife.No pressure to purchase, just experts giving you guidance on what’s best for you.Thoroughly impressed!!

LANG!! What a gift you are to this wonderful, diverse, and inclusive business! I left one happy girl today with three different pairs of shoes (Hokas, Brooks, and Asics)! You took your time and presented me with so many options that were perfect for my feet! I’ve never had a fitting and I’ve never had so many options! I wore a pair out of the store today! Thank you, West Stride, for being such a blessing for me. You successfully have retained me as a customer! :)

I buy running shoes maybe once a year, so I never know exactly what I need. I always come to West Stride because their associates are so patient and helpful when I am figuring out what I need. This time I worked with Lang who talked me through what type of running I did, how I liked the shoes to fit on my feet, and what options were the best. I cannot say enough about how helpful the staff here is. Thank you!

I had been having foot pain and decided to try going to a store that could give me some advice on the best shoes for my problem. The minute I walked in,, I was greeted in a friendly but not hovering way. I ended up being helped by Sally who is a very patient and helpful employee. She took a lot of time with me and did a scan of my foot to tell me specifically what shoe brand and size/width would help me most. She went to the back and returned with several pairs that were all great. She listened and was sympathetic and knowledgeable. I would definitely ask for her when I return and I will never buy shoes anywhere else again. They are first class and I can tell that they want to earn and keep customers with top notch brands, and service. Ask for Sally!
