The absolute worst experience with Wells Fargo ever, not to mention i have been with this bank for 30plus years. I plan to close my account as soon as this issue is fixed. Wells Fargo has FAILED me in the worst way.

Came to one of the biggest wells Fargos I have ever seen with no customers in it so I just knew I was going to get the service I needed "Quick"..I was greeted by a lady by the name of Brittany who looked like she just got off from working at the strip club..She was having a non factor conversation with another employee..I told her I was coming in to open an account..She told me to be seated so she can continued her non factor conversation..So she sat me down and I told her what I needed again which was to open an account and she gone tell me they short staff and I would have to make an appointment..I was like this big bank and you have no one to open an account she said no everyone is sick..I said ok well what is wrong with u? You can't open me an account? She says no..What is the purpose of having this branch open if you are only paying strippers to mingle and talk amongst themselves and not do any work..Waste of a building and wells Fargo needs to do more training on atire, customer service , and hire more staff. Totally Unacceptable!!!! Hands Down!!

I had an issue with a transfer and closing an account. Oddly enough, the account has been closed before a money transfer can be made, so the funds are in limbo. I was told to go into this branch, where I was the last person to be addressed by the Black staff, who helped white and foreign individuals. The bank manager is trashy in looks and attitude, and the only helpful individuals are the bank tellers who still unfortunately couldn’t help. Now, I’m back on the phone with customer service after wasting precious time!

The absolute worst experience ever by a banker and supposed manager Brittany Barnes. I opened up a business checking and savings account at another branch over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received my card. I went inside the branch at 9am this morning to see perhaps if my debit card could be rushed with some type of tracking considering it has been 10 business days and I need the card for my business transactions . The banker advised that I wait until 3pm later that afternoon to see if it would be delivered by the postal courier at my office and if not he would put a rush on it. No luck from the postman so I went back to the branch this afternoon, spoke with the same guy that said he would help and just needed to get final approval by “manager” Brittany. She walks in the office with an attitude and tells me that I must go back to the branch that I opened the account at to request a rushed card. I was very disappointed considering the banker had already promised to help me considering the long delay or possible lost mail.Now it’s almost 5pm and the other branch is closed and I would also have to drive 30 + mins to the branch I opened the account at not including traffic. My frustrations caused me to inquire about a withdrawal of my funds and closing the account and Brittany the manager didn’t hesitate to do so .. instead of finding a solution or resolve for my inconveniences she insisted the branch was to close in less than five minutes and did not hesitate the attempt to close my account and loose a customer which demonstrated WellsFargo do NOT value their customers at All.

Very Professional Service, yet friendly , courteous service. My visit was like I was only customer they had.During a lengthy transaction India and Brittany Barnes, Mgr., were very caring and made the whole process very pleasant . Wells Fargo BankBranch of popular bank located in Cobb county close to the Fulton county line. Cumberland mall and other shopping areas in close proximity. Nice location on Cobb Parkway. Convenient location from many businesses and residencies in the area. Polite and friendly staff. Plenty of free parking for bank customers. Close to both I-285 and I-75

Hire some tellers. I'm here waiting for 30 minutes to make a withdrawal. It's not the tellers fault. It's always like this. Ridiculous

They are AWFUL! I'm not surprised they have a low rating. Customer service is RUDE to all their customers. They way they speak to their clients (i've seen on more then one occasion) and the way they spoke to me, should have them fired. It wasn't just a one time deal, it's been at least 4 times with different people. Good luck trying to get them on the phone. My most recent experience was with Quinn and Brittany. Quinn hung up on me when after putting me on hold twice because she couldn't figure out if my card was there or not. Brittnay answered my other phone call, and when I asked her my question, she was rude and asked me why I would ask her that question...they are just lazy.
