the new people at this branch are terrible. not friendly, rude especially the female teller and THE BRANCH MANAGER

I went to pay on my bill and one of the employee made it hard, she asks for my ID or she can not expect the payment. I ever heard that .

BEWARE! This location is run by uneducated staff and they do not have your interest in mind. Been dealing with the same issue for 2+ months with no resolution. Not to mention locations are closing all over Atlanta. Stay away from Wells Fargo!
