I will try to comeback and add their names but their are two ladies in this bank they are my saviors. I was ready to close my account because if such poor customer service at other locations and these ladies changed my mind. They’re also very helpful and patient! Unfortunately when I don’t go to this location I am reminded of the poor customer service (esp on powers ferry)

Submitted a document in person at the branch and the teller told it will be processed, but he did not even enter it into the system, so I have to physically visit a branch again.

Worst service ever ... my available balance was $5,800 and the branch mgr refused to allow me to withdraw my money. She lied and stated the Wells Fargo system wont allow her and I have to wait 24 hrs. I called the Wells Fargo customer service line and the agent called the branch and confirmed she wouldnt authorize it and maybe A different branch would do it but she refused. Wells Fargo has the worst customer service ... Closing my accounts and moving to a credit union.
