I have banked with wellsfargo since 2013 and have NEVER experienced horrible customer service like I did at this location.I’ve been in this location before so I know the teller is Vietnamese, because I am also. My brother came inside with me today, who doesn’t speak English.. long story short the Vietnamese employee wouldn’t even address him, I had to “translate for her” ..the manager has a nasty attitude and obviously witnessed these situations and nothing had changed since opening this building.I will NEVER walk inside their location, and unless you want your day ruined.. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either!

I'm still waiting 30 minutes plus for business deposit, to be deposited. I was told that it would take some time and I would have to wait in-between the customers as if the company that I work for is not a customer of this establishment. I am not ever doing business here again. The teller that I m dealing with is Wendyn

Sad this location just opened and already has bad reviews on customer service. Coreen the branch manager needs to be replaced immediately. Her attitude is trash. Wellsfargo customer care witnessed her horrible attitude when I was on the phone with them and dealing with her trying to get assistance and they immediately filed a complaint against her without me saying a word.

I have been banking with wells Fargo for 13 years and i am proud to say i have finally changing banks. Wells Fargo show no sympathy , that steal my money and i got scrammed and they did nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMOND THEM AT ALL!!! DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME

Unprofessional & Condescending Regional Branch Manager - Shannon Page - Sandy Springs BranchIf you’re looking for a helpful bank for your family to do business with this is not the one as long as Sharon Page is the manager. I needed some simple transactions to take place and Miss Page was looking for ways to up charge me and/ or not perform the transactions.She needs to take a course on professionalism and how to support customers. There’s several banks within a half a block of this location. If you want management abuse, this is a good location to go to. If you don’t, you might want to try another Wells Fargo location or another bank.My entire family has used Wells Fargo. I will do my best to discourage them from going to this location and ideally closing their accounts. We don’t need to be abused by a manager who has no sincere people skills. By the way… Their general services aren’t that great either, so you might want to shop around.

My husband and I went in to work on our accounts and Damaso was so great and walked us through every step of the way! He didn't make me feel like any of my questions were d*** ones and paused throughout to consult us on our thoughts and made sure we understood everything. I appreciate him taking his time with us and making sure we were confident walking out of there. The staff was very friendly as well and greeted us at the door immediately!

Worst customer experience ever at a bank! The bank manager Coreen Brimm, made us both feel discriminated against as two older gay men, and as well by our race, which was different than hers. She refused to wait on us and slammed her office door. She was argumentative, unfriendly, and had the worst attitude ever experienced at a bank. This was at the Ashford Dunwoody location in Dunwoody. We were eventually helped by another person. We were so upset over the matter that we are closing all accounts there and moving them to another bank. Neither of us will ever bank with them again.

My husband and I visited this location for a wire transfer. The teller informed me i needed to talk to the manager for transactions like that. When i spoke with the manager she told me that she has no one to help me without any apologies or courtesy on how to make things work. Im not in a hurry or anything i just dont feel like im welcome to back at any time. I asked her could I wait until somebody becomes available? She replied telling me if you want to wait around you can do that. Without any instructions on what options we have either go back some other day or i will have some one to help you when they get available. It just looks like she’s just getting the day to pass by so she could go home. So surprising to witness an attitude like that. But good thing another branch helped me without any hassle. But no way im going back to this branch.

I was trying to make appointment to ask helping me with to canceling the transaction because I could not make it online or call to their 800# but the staff called me and denied my appointment and told me just keep calling that number until someone can help me.

I had a wonderful experience with Orrie, he was patient with me.The branch manager was so rule and discramination. I had appt to wire the money. The check I deposite was clear with all information the bank need to deposite because it’s cashier check from my uncle. The check was sign by my uncle and pay order to my name and it has his ID on the check. The branch manager did not let Orrie to do the wire for me with no reason. I asked Orrie to give me her name and she did not let him give me her card too. I asked to talk with her but she refused. The check was clear and I have the money but why she didn’t let me wire the my money. MY MONEY NOT HER MONEY. After I asked Orrie to ask her give me the reason why I can’t wire the money she talked with me and she’s so rule. The reason is it’s Saturday and it need one more person to clear the wite for me. It’s not make sense to me at all.I will never come to this location.I don’t know why Wells Fargo can let the bad person with bad attitude to become branch manager. She was rule with so many customers.

I opened a new account and had a great experience. The doors were opened promptly at 9am. From what I could see, all members were wearing a mask. I didn't realize that appointments are required since Covid, but they were able to help as one of the scheduled customers cancelled. They listened to my needs and helped me select the right type of account. Great customer service.

I arrived early this morning for the 9am opening. They opened promptly on time. As I stood outside with my mask on, the maskless branch manager asked me to “social distance” from her as she opened the door. Frankly, this just seems like a power move to make her feel control over others because if she was actually worried about Covid she would be wearing a mask.Completely unprofessional behavior and unfitting for her position.
