If I could give this bank a 0 review I would. I am sitting in the bank’s parking lot as I type this review. I am so disappointed in the lack of service that I received on today. I arrived to Wells Fargo at 11:45am on Saturday 12/9/23 and the drive thru line was quite slow. I sat in the line until around 12:20pm when I finally reached the front of the line and the bank teller MORGAN (she stated she said does not give out her last name) proceeded to be extremely rude. She had a horrible attitude as she stated that the person next to me was her last customer because she was here before 12pm which is the banks closing time. Morgan stated that I was not here before 12pm. I expressed to Morgan that I have been in line since before 12pm and if the bank has cameras then they can refer to them to confirm. Morgan stated someone checked and I was not present. Due to this, I was at Wells Fargo over 30 minutes before being told I would not be serviced by an extremely rude bank teller. I did not appreciate Morgan’s attitude and her insinuating I was being dishonest about my place in line. When I arrived to the bank and entered the line, the open light was green. I watched them turn the open light off at 11:55am as I sat in the drive thru line. Because, I was in line prior to the closing time I believe I should have been serviced just as I would have been if I was in the actual branch building prior to closing time. Based on my experience with Morgan, she needs to find a different place of employment and/or undergo more customer service training. This location also needs to incorporate a better procedure when it comes to servicing customers in the drive thru line. I will be reporting my experience to corporate. I would advise other customers to bank at a different branch if you continue to receive service at Wells Fargo.

This location didn’t want my service because of “lack of staffing” and because I didn’t make an appointment. Even after I expressed that I Uber to this location just to open an account and still turned me away ! Horrible experience !

I came in on a Saturday to a long line out the door, with one teller. With a personal check for 225 that the teller claimed had to be deposited and not cashed!!!! I bring personal checks to WF all the time and the amount wasn’t even large. This was the first time i ever heard of that before. WF you sure got some cleaning up to do. My picture only got a few folks but it was way more in line!!

As Wells Fargo shutters Saturday banking services for its customers, this branch remains open and available for weekend services. Despite a longline of restless customers today, all service representatives presented calm, polite, and agile considering the pressure. Will most likely visit this location again in the future.

I think it’s poor practice for the representative to ask each person in line (at the time about 6 or 7 customers) what they were there for. He asked, me and I said withdrawal, he then asked how much. I tried to be discreet but he asked again. When I said withdrawal, he should have left it at that instead of asking me for the amount. Very unsafe and careless. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!

After a terrible experience with another branch, we went to this branch to get two cashier's checks. The Teller and Manager were very friendly and helpful. They gave us no hassle with the cashier's checks like the other branch did. I had no idea that the experience could be so vastly different between branches.

This location is the worst as far as customer service. I stood in line for 30 mins while 3 representatives were working on one transaction. I asked if the drive thru was open and was told no though 5 mins before the representative went to the restroom that worked the drive thru was servicing customers. The rep still stood at the window though the drive thru wasn’t open. My thing is if the rep isn’t on the drive thru servicing why not have them help get the line down? No one address that they would be with us in a moment. It’s alway this location where it’s just terrible.

You sit in the section where the bankers are supposed to be available. The manager stares everyone down like she wants to cut them! The word service does NOT exist here! Time to find a better bank after 23 years. Calling isn't any better! No one wants to help, they answer the phone because they have to! The hold up your money, your time and test your patience!

Terrible customer service. Charges fees they don’t expect you to catch. You have to show up in person to correct their mistakes. I have wasted hours of my time attempting to act in accordance with a Conservatorship Court Order and a Power of Attorney in regards to an account here. Wells Fargo has done everything in their power to prevent me from acting in accordance with this Order and Power of Attorney. They have not helped me. I will be closing all of my accounts and taking my business to another bank.UPDATE: I contacted the email provided below. So far, no one has responded to me and in addition, after I posted this review, Wells Fargo again erroneously charged us a fee I was promised would never be charged again. I wish I could give zero stars.

I lost my card and came to this Bank since this was near to me. I asked for replacement card and when I replaced my card I was supposed to get a temporary card but the front assistant didn’t bother to help. I replaced my card on my phone bank, by my self without any help from the bank. I also tried to apply for credit card but it was useless because they said only appointment when there was no costumer inside. I would give it a zero star if there was!!!!

After Hours deposit at ATM is CONSISTENTLY OUT OF ORDER!!Unable to make cash deposits at the atm on most days after the bank closes. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for over 20 years. I've lived near this location for almost 5 years. In the last few years, this issue at this bank has been terrible. I once spoke with the manager about the matter and he said it was due to other people putting coins in the deposit mechanism......which is so sad. That there are people in this world with such a lack intelligence or respect. The manger said the matter would be resolved and the machine would be fixed. And it was - for a little while. However its back to not working. And in addition to this review, I've sent out a formal complaint to Wells Fargo. Hopefully something will change. Besides that being an issue, the staff, and the other services of this location are just fine.
