Line is 20 people long and the manager is just standing around. Why did all the banks close on Saturday? Work all week and can't even get your money out unless you drive 5 miles out of the way.

If I could give this bank a 0 review I would. I am sitting in the bank’s parking lot as I type this review. I am so disappointed in the lack of service that I received on today. I arrived to Wells Fargo at 11:45am on Saturday 12/9/23 and the drive thru line was quite slow. I sat in the line until around 12:20pm when I finally reached the front of the line and the bank teller MORGAN (she stated she said does not give out her last name) proceeded to be extremely rude. She had a horrible attitude as she stated that the person next to me was her last customer because she was here before 12pm which is the banks closing time. Morgan stated that I was not here before 12pm. I expressed to Morgan that I have been in line since before 12pm and if the bank has cameras then they can refer to them to confirm. Morgan stated someone checked and I was not present. Due to this, I was at Wells Fargo over 30 minutes before being told I would not be serviced by an extremely rude bank teller. I did not appreciate Morgan’s attitude and her insinuating I was being dishonest about my place in line. When I arrived to the bank and entered the line, the open light was green. I watched them turn the open light off at 11:55am as I sat in the drive thru line. Because, I was in line prior to the closing time I believe I should have been serviced just as I would have been if I was in the actual branch building prior to closing time. Based on my experience with Morgan, she needs to find a different place of employment and/or undergo more customer service training. This location also needs to incorporate a better procedure when it comes to servicing customers in the drive thru line. I will be reporting my experience to corporate. I would advise other customers to bank at a different branch if you continue to receive service at Wells Fargo.

This location is under staff. I have been in line for 40 minutes and still have not been helped. Yeah, it a bank but they should have better customer service.

The ATM at this bank never works, they don't have cash available, you can't deposit or make any transaction every time I go, it's the same problem, I just waste my time and money because I pay for Uber to get there.

This location didn’t want my service because of “lack of staffing” and because I didn’t make an appointment. Even after I expressed that I Uber to this location just to open an account and still turned me away ! Horrible experience !

I came in on a Saturday to a long line out the door, with one teller. With a personal check for 225 that the teller claimed had to be deposited and not cashed!!!! I bring personal checks to WF all the time and the amount wasn’t even large. This was the first time i ever heard of that before. WF you sure got some cleaning up to do. My picture only got a few folks but it was way more in line!!

As Wells Fargo shutters Saturday banking services for its customers, this branch remains open and available for weekend services. Despite a longline of restless customers today, all service representatives presented calm, polite, and agile considering the pressure. Will most likely visit this location again in the future.

I think it’s poor practice for the representative to ask each person in line (at the time about 6 or 7 customers) what they were there for. He asked, me and I said withdrawal, he then asked how much. I tried to be discreet but he asked again. When I said withdrawal, he should have left it at that instead of asking me for the amount. Very unsafe and careless. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!

After a terrible experience with another branch, we went to this branch to get two cashier's checks. The Teller and Manager were very friendly and helpful. They gave us no hassle with the cashier's checks like the other branch did. I had no idea that the experience could be so vastly different between branches.
