I’m pleased to see how far this particular location has came since I’ve been frequenting it the past two years… Everyone is ultra friendly and they always speak… Even when the lines are long, they acknowledge it and actually try to expedite the process… Everyone their has excellent customer skills…

This bank is the worst of all banks so it’s evident why they always have had a poor reputation forever and a day. I opened an account online about 2 weeks ago only because I want the new account cash bonus they offer . These idiots actually mailed me a letter to my home to tell me they don’t have an address on file for me but yet they actually mailed me a letter to my home address. The letter said I must go to a branch to give someone there my address or they will close my account. I have a million and one things going on with my schedule that would severely inconvenience me to physically go into a branch to give them something they already have. I’ve been living at the same address for over 20 years so when they pulled my credit report I’m sure they saw that, but none of that matters to them. I even called the number on the letter asking can I submit what they need electronically? Mind you, the letter doesn’t even indicate what I need to take to the branch to verify my address. Everyone I spoke to at the “no customer service “ number stated they couldn’t help me despite the letter asking me to call the number for help. The folks working there are woefully incompetent and unhelpful. This is just a trashy elementary level bank that I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy let alone a family or friend.

Actually, open on Saturdays for Teller and Drive-Thru Teller assistance. I just left another WELLS BANK that was NOT open on Saturday although online it said otherwise.

I wish I had the gentleman's name who was the Teller that assisted me today in the drive thru. His customer service was excellent and refreshing to receive these days. It was not just with us but I heard him being just as pleasant greeting others in the speaker. He helped my grandmother and I with our transaction and had such patience while I had to remember how to maneuver mom's flip phone, lol. Thank you and thanks for putting a smile and a laugh on mom's face!

It is this Wells Fargo location or the location on Campcreek (I don't remember). I think it has to be this one.Thank you to the teller that was nice to my aging mom. She has onset dementia so I escort her out now.I dress kind of - Suspect. I know. I get it, but that is how I dress. The Teller looked at me and over at my mom and made sure she was okay in a whisper. My mom and I laughed about it. More importantly:It meant the world to me. To hear the Teller make sure that I wasn't some stranger taking advantage of the elderly.I appreciate that Teller more than she realizes. Thank you.

Teller was super friendly. Vreat location. The security was even attentive to guests and advised where to count their money instead of out in the open.

Years ago I banked with big commercial banks and experienced the lack in customer service that they give out. Finally when I ran into trouble with them with a large deposit that would clear for over a week and then I also saw friend lose her house to Bank of America I had a feeling these large commercial banks were nothing more than a thorn in my side and I moved all my business to a credit union since 1996 I've been a member of only a credit you leave your accounts today leave these big commercial stations go to a credit union they'll treat you like dirt until you feel like a dirty dog yourself do yourself a favor go get your accounts established at a credit union you'll thank me till the day you die for it!

I walked in to open a 529 for my daughter and they told me to leave and then call them to make an appointment. I asked if I could make an appointment while I was standing there talking to them and they said no. I had to walk outside and call... which is exactly what I did. I walked outside and called another bank haha. Took my business elsewhere.

Worst branch ever went here today the police officer was very rude and more so worried about what type of account I have more than trying to help get inside to deal a teller after standing there for 30 minutes a supervisor came out and told me and multiple people we can't come inside and have to go threw drive threw very bad service.

Very understaffed. You will wait in the drive thru for at least 30 mins and up to and hour plus.....also made a small check deposit with no cash back and they required ids....very disorganized. Worst branch I've been to in 20 years.
