I have always found the staff and services a 5 star rating. They are friendly and extremely helpful. Do to the pandemic they are a bit understaffed but they do try. So to the entire staff, I say thank you!

Waited in line for 25 minutes behind 2 cars then they turned on the closed sign. No indoor service either. Pretty big waste of time.

Absolutely horrible had several employees in the building walking around but had the doors closed said closed early due to staffing but when 4 or 5 people in the building no reason they can say short staffed specially on a Friday be for 5 o clock

Denis Eid graciously helped me this morning and squeezed me in to initiate a wire. I had been to another location where the bankers had called out and they were taking people for the day. In an otherwise stressful situation, Denis was incredibly nice and accommodating. I appreciated his kindness.

Set up appointment online last week to open business account. Upon arrival the door was locked. Upon calling Denis Eid came to the door and let me in. I was then informed that the banker, Phil, I had the appointment with was out. No one called me to tell me that. The banker was not helpful with getting the account open. I was asked for proof of address even though I provided the EIN and articles of incorporation both of which had the address on them. I could not provide further information as the business just started. It was a total waste of my time and the staff were unapologetic. I don't recommend this bank for anyone starting a business.

SLOW service. Unprofessional staff. Do not recommend this branch. Very poorly run, management is deplorable. Tried to short change me by giving me the wrong amount of cash with my drive through transaction.... after waiting over 25 min to go through drive through. Unacceptable, esp since only drive through is open during this quarantine time.

Unprofessional branch that does not call back when they say they will. Overall bad experience applying for a credit card, and the bankers have not been helpful at all.

The branch staff and managers at this location are most helpful and do their best to be responsive to all our banking needs. The location has convenient access to drive-thru tellers, an ATM, and has convenient access I-75 N & I-75 S, which has both its advantages and disadvantages. The inside teller queues are usually short and most times efficient for most standard transactions. The branch does lack foreign currency exchange options, however, Wells Fargo makes this painless with mailorder secure currency conversion.

I normally go on Saturdays and everyone is very professional and smiling. I'm always in and out without any problems. The one on Cascade is also ok. They're just super busy. There's always a long line.

Rushed to get here in horrible rush hour traffic, by the grace of GOD I pulled in with just 3 minutes to spare. I had one minute left to complete my transaction, by the time I'm with the teller. I couldn't believe that another bank associate would rudely interupt the teller that was assisting me to ask for the time. Very sarcastic, as I'm sure he was very aware of the time. The teller responds "It's 4:59". This response is then proceeded by both associates giving each other a look. As I proceed with my simple, very quick transfer transaction, another employee rudely speaks from behind me, "one minute". The snarks, comments and expressions were very unwelcoming and blatantly unprofessional. I have accounts with other banks, and rarely use this account or enter any bank for that matter. This was an issue that couldn't be resolved online. Time and convenience are of the essence for me. To arrive just in time to complete my 60 second transaction and be made to feel like an inconvenience by immature bank employees is professionaly unacceptable to say the least. I'll be emailing management in hopes that additional customer service training will ensue.
