Went to open an account and they said they couldn’t bc there was no one there to do it, so the 5 people I saw working behind desks and the counter don’t know how to open an acct?Absolutely Pathetic

I had to call the Piedmont and Peachtree location 7 times before i could get anyone to answer. They kept forwarding my call to the national system, when I need to have live person at that particular branch due to my issue.

This branch really gets under my skin everytime. The manager or banker with the glasses always greets and assist the men in the branch if you a female forget any type of assistance she is more interested in being flirty with every man that walks in here. I thought it was a one time occurance but this is the third time I come in here where I seem to be invisible but the men get all of the special treatment regardless if they have an appointment or not. Too bad this is the closet branch to me. Always only one teller working yet many employees just sit and do nothing.

Came in to get some help with my bank account and was surprisingly met with great customer service from teller Erendira. She was nice, professional, and helped me with everything I needed. Definitely hope she’s there the next time I need to go in!

I had a great experience at this location, the staff members were extremely helpful with all my banking needs. Erendira was very kind and one of the best tellers I’ve been helped by. Will definitely be returning whenever I’m in the area!

I went into this branch to send a wire transfer that could not be done on the Wells Fargo app. I stood in the service area while two bank in employees, one in a cubicle and another in an office, sat at their respective desks without customers. Neither of them got up to assist me. A teller called me over and I asked for help with the wire and I was told I had to make an appointment, even though the branch was practically empty. I walked away and began to make an appointment on my phone. While making an appointment, a man sitting in the service area was approached by one of the workers who ignored me. He too had to send a wire. The banker was able to assist the man but never attempted to help me. What happened to common courtesy? I have banked with Wells Fargo for many years but at this time I plan to bank elsewhere. As a black woman, I believe that I was discriminated against as a white person was provided service with out an appointment for the very same service request. Disappointed and disgusted!

I've never been to a better Wells Fargo before! All the tellers were so helpful with helping my navigate my application I'm an older woman and I'm still getting accustomed to using cellular phone for my banking needs. Thank you Aaron, Albert, Isiah, Nahtika!

Terrible customer service hangs up when provided proof of delivery. They miss handle your personal info, extremely rude and unwilling to help. Don’t bother ever sending them a payment at this location they will lose it and blame it on you and charge you late fees because of their incompetent staff. I can’t think of a worst bank.

Wonderful service! Staff was pleasant and helpful. Our teller was very attentive and answered all our questions. My daughter and I are very grateful for their patience and informative direction concerning our financial matter. Being that it wasn't our hometown branch and located in a busy part of town, we expected a long wait and subprime customer service but instead found a hidden gem of kindness and professionalism!

Everyone walking the floor greeted me and offered their assistance. I was not left just sitting; I was assured help from a business account representative was coming. Terrence not only quickly solved my initial problem, he also took interest in my business and told me about ways Wells Fargo can help me expand in the future. He also helped get me into the best account to avoid future fees. I was greeted on my way out by the tellers as well. Overall a very pleasant and notable visit.
