This branch is right next to where I reside and thus my choice for anything bank related. It Is in a good location and my visit was to open an account this day. I had not made an appointment so I was hoping that there would be some free time, and luckily for me, One of the specialists there called Kevin was able to help me despite having a full schedule. As with most Wells Fargo branches I was treated with respect and courtesy, something that I have always appreciated this particular bank for. Just wanted to drop this review for any potential customers that this location has a very helpful and outgoing staff which really really added to my comfort and trust in their services.

There was plenty of parking and the teller was very helpful and friendly. I went in to get change for a doll show and they didn't act like I'm weird.

Received amazing polite, courteous service from Kevin this afternoon when I came into the branch needing assistance with an account matter. Kevin went out of his way to help me and was a pleasure to do business with. Very kind and caring. Good old fashioned customer service!

Horrible experience. Took almost an hour for them to give my partner HIS MONEY. Acting like they verifying his funds discriminating against him because he is a black man. Bank account will be cleared and I will! be filing a complaint /report we both will be closing our account out. First issue was this was a large amount of money. Then they said they had to verify his employer deposited that much money as if he would scam his bank account. DISCRIMINATION TERRIBLE FEELING WASTING ALMOST AN HOUR OF HIS TIME.

I never leave reviews but I had to today. Terrible customer service! I went to withdraw money and because it was a large amount and I'm a minority they treated me like a second class citizen. I would never recommend this place.

My name is K Brown and I paid off my credit card that was $1100 due with my stimulus check that I got from the bank Wells Fargo. I got a stimulus check of $1200 from Wells Fargo bank in April 2020 and another one in September 2020. I was able to pay off my credit card with my stimulus check. Thank you.

I always have a good experience here. Just wanted others to know they are suddenly appointment only inside the branch— all other transactions through drive-up (which appears to be understaffed as I’ve been waiting a while). Odd because I was just able to go inside as recently as last week before Christmas.

Not a big fan. Their customer service has declined over the years, primarily due to one banker. Tellers are great, branch manager is great but you know what they say about one bad apple...

awful customer service. I was the only one at the window sent over my deposit for the company i work for (a pert daycare & i have a dog full of cars) & she said i had to come inside because she was the only one there & i had 5 deposits. i sat at the window for 5 minutes while NO car pulled up. and she continued to say i had to come inside so i said dont even worry about it & drove to my normal location off of cheshire bridge and had ABSOLUTELY NO problems! She was the only one there as well and NEW and was happy to help me! unacceptable to have lazy employees at a bank.
