This place is trash, went to open an account and they said they couldn’t bc they don’t know how, so out of the 4 people I saw, none of them know how to open an account? Complete trash and absolutely patheticDO NOT RECOMMEND

Was told to wait and let a Caucasian woman go in front because she had her ready. Deep South/slavementality is the worst in Buckhead and the teller was a woman of color smh. Not once asked would I mind or tell me the reason just acted as it was the norm. I will Never go to that location again in life might even close my account.

First time at this location. Worse experience here. No one really acknowledge you. I had to go to a teller to regarding my appointment time at 2 pm. I got there at 1:30 pm -hoping that I can do an early appointment regarding opening an additional account with Jasmine. I was told she was on lunch and should be back before 2 pm to meet me for my appointment. She didn't show up until 2:25 pm and wouldn't assist me with opening an additional account due to company policy. I ask her to read me the policy and she said she "can't because certainly policy can't be public." I end up speaking with the manager and started the account process. I gave an additional star because the manager was more helpful but he send me to another person, who tried to help, but wasn't really sure how the process work with opening an additional account on an existing business account with the other partner from another state.

Very rude location! The moment I walked in the door no on said a thing nor acknowledged me. I tried to open an account today. Then the personal banker named Jasmine was very rude when her co worker told her that I would wait to open the account. I had a lump sum check ready deposit in my business account. I am going to a completely different bank. NEVER AGAIN.

I have an appointment today at 12 o'clock and when I arrived I found people at the same time front me I waited for 1 hour and no one come to me they are not professional and they do not respect customers don’t waste your time at this location.
