Terrible service. I wanted to open an account and lease a safe lockbox. They left me waiting while training each other. Branch completely empty. Just me waiting on their time. Then they finally called me and found every excuse not to let me know about the availability of boxes. 3 hours before closing at 2p they said they did not have enough time to provide information because one of them wanted to go for lunch. Mind you, there’s 3 people behind the window dealing with absolutely no other customers. And it seems that losing customers do not bother them as I can read now by all the 1 star reviews. Shameful.

Does anybody work here? I realize how much WF is encouraging customers to stop bothering them by showing up in person and expecting customer service and this branch exceeded in meeting this goal in buckets. The only thing I'm encouraged to do is start using another bank. I hope WF is encouraged to close this branch permanently and drive all their customers away so they won't have to deal with them.

On past occasions they were very attentive, but today they have had the worst customer service. Even the person who answered the phone hung up on me.

I went in to get a bank statement printed and waited 20 minutes and still had not received a bank statement. I went to chase across the street as i have an account with them and got it from them in under 60 seconds. Chase is so much better on so many levels

This place is so slow. I always spend 45 minutes of unnecessary time here. The drive up windows are all closed. I mean at this point just close the location down. There is always one teller that moves slow. It’s never an easy breezy situation here. It’s always something.

I was very surprised with the wait and long time to get serviced at front counter. I understand every place of work is short staffed. But that wait was ridiculous. I left and went to Monroe location. I walked in and got out in five minutes. All I wanted to do was cash a check. And lady behind the counter seemed to not know what she was doing. Like she kept gojng over stuff. I dont know what was going on? But like 8 to 10 minutes with banker is a lot. And there was only 1 teller at drive thru and front. Sometimes there should be other policies in order to help the lack of staff to work. If I could have rated lower than 1 star I would have. This needs to be brought to upper management's attention. I will not be back to this location. Went to another location and got better service.

Had to ask them to cut on the drive through signs on! Came inside to a line with one teller in training.
