I went to this WF office today for one simple thing and I found myself comfortably seated in the office of banker consultant Annieka Innis-Kerr. I had all my WF accounts reviewed, fixed, cleaned, re-done for my benefits, and I won some major reward points and excellent saving rates after all of that. I am so grateful to the entire team in this specific WF office and especially the professionalism of my very own (now) premier banker Annieka Innis-Kerr . Highly recommend. The entire office staff is amazing.

The worse experience ever. I went through the drive through and waited about 3 mins for someone to come , which was fine. Then once I put my money and ID in to be counted, it literally sat in there for 10 mins before anyone came back to get it. Then when someone finally did, he asked me if I knew how much it was. I stated yes. But don’t you still have to count it and verify it? Then once he took the money, I waited another 10 mins for my deposit slip back which was deposited into the wrong account. The real kicker is, there was no one customer in the actual branch so there was literally no reason for the long wait. It took almost 30 mins to deposit money when there were no cars in the drive through or any customers in the store. Just workers with no urgency. Any other branch, this process would have taken 5 mins MAX.

I’ve been to a lot of Wells Fargo’s and this the worst that I’ve ever been to. Waited at the window for over 20 mins over a simple deposit. The branch manager comes and says they are still busy and I can leave if I can’t wait. He is literally inside not doing anything and I ask if he can handle the deposit and he tells me he doesn’t do deposits because he’s the manager. What kind of manager can’t handle a simple cash deposit? Terrible service.

This location’s staff is very professional and has great energy and customer service! All of the staff, including the tellers, and the managers, handle my transactions with such diligence and take their time. I will definitely continue to handle business at this branch! And I recommend that business owners and personal accounts use this branch.

I went to this Wells Fargo branch couple of times, the teller always greets me warmly and the senior premier banker Annieka, always give me excellent customer service. I recommend this branch, and will be back if I need bank assistance.

Exceptionally bad service. I made an appointment, arrived on time, and waited to 30 minutes to be seen. It's fine, people get busy. But when the associate came over to bring me to her desk, she assumed I was her next appointment. When I confirmed I was her earlier appointment, she told me she had been waiting for me and assumed I wasn't coming. ??? I was exactly on time and had notified the (very sweet and kind) teller that I was here? Also it's a tiny bank, she could see I was in the waiting area from her desk. I asked the associate if I was supposed to sign in with someone other than the teller, and she told me no. So not clear what she was insinuating I did wrong. Wouldn't have even bother to leave a review if I didn't just find out from calling Wells Fargo customer service that the information she gave me was actually completely wrong.

My husband and I have to speak specifically about our experience with Annieka Innis-Kerr! She is truly exceptional in her customer service skills and knowledge of the banking industry. Every encounter helped us feel at ease with her kind spirit. If we traveled the world over, no one would compare to Annieka! She is phenomenal and we highly recommendher to all our friends family and neighbors .

Today was my second visit to this location and the customer service provided was phenomenal! Annieka, one of the branch’s senior premier banker, assisted me with opening a new account! We encountered a small error this morning but that did not stop Annieka from completing the task! She assisted me and another banker on my first visit, which made me very confident that she would know how to complete today’s task! She was very knowledgeable about all of the bank’s policies and procedures, which was very impressing. I was in-and-out of the bank within 45 minutes of arrival, including waiting on Annieka to finish assisting the client ahead of me. Thanks to the branch manager Javeres, for referring Annieka to me on such a short notice! I came in with a small error, and Javeres & Annieka took immediate action to solve that error in a timely manner! Thanks to the two awesome bank tellers who greeted, and also assisted me while waiting! They were also very knowledgeable about the bank’s policies and procedures! Javeres, you have a power team indeed! Thank you all!
