I had the worst experience at this bank. There are some money stolen from my account, and I went to the bank, thinking that they would be able to help me. Bankers name is for Fernanda Hurtado, and she is a complete brick with no respect or responsibility for poor experience, and instead of admitting to the fact that she literally effed up, she went and whined to the branch manager, and all of them turned around and called me a liar several times over. When I called your bank and your phone message tells me “you called the Wells Fargo number that does not allow one to leave a voice message,” Do not call me a liar When you don’t turn on the freaking voicemails. they chose not to further help me and dismissed my case and I had to escalate past them to get my money back . These bankers do not care about you. They hire inexperienced people and do not want to train them, but then choose to make it The customers fault for things that happen to them by the banks. The branch manager, Janessa, or jalissa, looking goofy in those dumb clown glasses, don’t deserve any respect.

As a Wells Fargo customer for over 25 years, The Village at East Lake Wells Fargo by far was the WORST customer experience I've ever experienced. On November 15, 2023 @ 12:20 I arrived, the bank had no customers and there were 3 tellers. Upon entering I was not greeted at all; furthermore, I stood in line and not one teller acknowledge me. I was completely ignored. All 3 were acting preoccupied, but also were looking right at me. Finally, the last teller on the end aggressively said "Yes" in a bothersome manner. When I asked her name she said Chloe with a nasty frown. I asked if anyone was going to bother to service me. She balled up her face and said "are you having a bad day" in a very condescending tone. Disappointed by her disrespectful attitude and apparent lack of trying to work, I gave her my business checks to deposit. She arrogantly refused to deposit the signed check without me writing the company name under my signature. I have deposited hundreds of business checks for over 25 years that only require a signature. Then Teller Chloe told me that I could go to another teller if I didnt like it. Since the other tellers were too apparently busy, I had to go outside to deposit my business check. I was so disheartened by the experience, that I left my business debit card in the Village at East Lake ATM machine . I proceeded to go back to get the Branch Manager's information and the rude teller refused to give me the information! I went to the only African American male teller, sitting at the first drawer, and he could not even find a card for the Branch Manager. I was given a business card with the Branch number and was told to call in the morning and ask for Juliessa. Upon further investigation, I discovered the Branch manager was out of the office on November 15, 2023, which seems to indicate why no employee exhibited an ounce of professionalism. I will be making less deposits and taking the remainder of my business where I am treated fairly and respected as a 25 year customer. It is imperative that the Village at East Lake Branch train their staff better.

My son needed to make a title change to his account. We showed up to the bank not knowing an appointment is recommended. Thanks to Brandon, even without an appointment, we were able to be seen in a timely manner. Thank you so much for handling this matter for us!

Been banking with Wells Fargo for years...I swear their interest on savings sucks. You're lucky to get $1 per month on a 40k+ balance.Shame on them greedy hounds

Just went to this bank man this big fat lady up there saying Nawl the only money I can withdraw is 500 and I’m like why she said with an attitude cause I’m the only one up here and that’s all you can get I’m like lady how is you gone tell me what I can get so I left that bank just crazy how things are these days, and if you don’t have an account with them or try to get one with them they’ll deny service for you so no I won’t go back

I’ve tried to use this bank three times in the last week, and it is always closed. Currently a sign on the window that says this branch is temporarily closed until further notice.

Do NOT come to this brand if you’re trying to do anything other than an ATM deposit or withdrawal. They are so understaffed, slow, and careless. It’s an honest joke of a branch.

This branch is a joy to visit. The management team is great and for me, it's a valuable convenience that they're open on Saturdays until 12:00 noon!
