I came in to print out checks and without knowing what is the max amount can be printed out. When I asked the question teller was very confused, looked at lady named Tiffany and started giving me nastiest attitude for not reason, I was confused by their rudeness questioning wether something I said was wrong, when I only asked a simple question. They asked me for a form of id I didn’t have my card on me and I gave my ID. She started mumbling about “suspicious activity”, the only thing I wanted was to print out some checks for my business. She started asking me questions with so much unnecessary attitude. I have always HATED working with Wells Fargo! That is the reason I am switching banks because there is no respect towards clients, no professionalism. I will never let these kind of people handle my finances again.

This might just be the worst experience i ever had in my life: miscommunication, lied to about cashing my check, then the lady who is a teller is so rude whoever hired her needs to lose their job as well, she acted like she wouldn’t cash my check when nothing was wrong with it and it wasn’t even a long line this Friday. Please go somewhere else these people are so rude and to add insults to injury i had a 12:30 appointment i showed up on time just for them to see me and HOUR later & deliver me this horrible news, thanks for ruining my day

This is the second time I have come to this location and there is no teller. This is unacceptable for a bank not to have someone on stand by.

Things have changed over the years. Every time I come to this location it takes forever to be assisted due to no staffing. I do come by often to make deposit and there was a girl name daniyah I believe that worked there. Haven’t seen her recently they saying she’s out. But every time I get upset for the long lines she always was the one to make me feel better. She is just so sweet and kind. Another one that’s extremely nice is Tiffany she goes above and beyond. They make the best of my trips. I’m giving two stars because I just wish they was given some help.

Worst customer service in the world, I have never been spoken to like this staff has! We have multiple accounts and pulled everything out bc of this! Wells Fargo needs to train their employees better, I think they forgot who pays the bills...

This particular branch lobby continues to be closed "temporarily". Time to find a new bank. Sad as this bank is close and used to be convenient. There are other options, so I will take my business elsewhere.

Worst bank, I recently opened another account there and it’s been nothing but trouble. I’ve had an account there since they were Wachovia at age 16.Wish we were still back in those times.Bank on Pharr Rd has been horrible to me. I have wasted so many hours on the phone and going in three times to get help.So sad people don’t take time out to care about you anymore.

This branch closed their lobby, and the next closest one is at least 15-20 minutes away in Buckhead or Smyrna. Unacceptable. It's September 2022, past time to stop blaming COVID for everything.

This branch has been temporarily closed for sometime now and I cannot access my safe deposit box. They have a phone number and email listed to find out how to access safe deposit but after multiple calls, emails there have been no response. The call center help desk have no clue either. Very un[professional with no regards to their customer needs
