Walked in to Wells Fargo and it was EMPTY… Had an appointment that was set for 2:30 which I was 10 mins early … and was STILL seen Late! I was there to open my 16 year old his first account which went well( so I thought) .. I came in from a 5 mile walk but still had what was needed document wise, we get allllll the way through and was told he needed to have money to finish setting it up. That wasn’t a problem BUT I had to walk back home ( 3 miles) and was told they’d save the account info . Went back today EMPTY lobby and they all just stared at me! No assistance, no greeting NOTHING! Finally Tiffany comes out and says “Fery is going to lunch” …. Long story short No account , no offer to help , told me I needed an appointment ( which I do Not need) no one was there and just a total waste of time! Highly NOT recommended!!! Ghetto lazy and just lack professionalism

I regret to write this review, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience, which has left me deeply disappointed. After moving to Georgia and opening a new account, I encountered significant issues when trying to transfer my funds from an out-of-state account. Despite the initial helpfulness, the transfer took nearly two weeks, and now I'm being informed that my account will be closed. When I requested a cashier's check, it was denied, leaving me unable to access my hard-earned money promptly. I've spoken to my previous bank, and they expressed surprise at this situation. I hope others are cautious when dealing with this institution. If my funds aren't resolved soon, I'll have no choice but to seek legal assistance. This ordeal has tarnished my banking experience.

It was a blessing to leave Regions Bank and Come over to Wells Fargo. Should’ve been with Wells Fargo years ago.

I came in to print out checks and without knowing what is the max amount can be printed out. When I asked the question teller was very confused, looked at lady named Tiffany and started giving me nastiest attitude for not reason, I was confused by their rudeness questioning wether something I said was wrong, when I only asked a simple question. They asked me for a form of id I didn’t have my card on me and I gave my ID. She started mumbling about “suspicious activity”, the only thing I wanted was to print out some checks for my business. She started asking me questions with so much unnecessary attitude. I have always HATED working with Wells Fargo! That is the reason I am switching banks because there is no respect towards clients, no professionalism. I will never let these kind of people handle my finances again.

I had my appointment with Shante Cross and she was amazing! Great spirit, energy, and helped me choose the best options for my finances now and for the future being a graduating senior in college. 10/10 Experience!

This might just be the worst experience i ever had in my life: miscommunication, lied to about cashing my check, then the lady who is a teller is so rude whoever hired her needs to lose their job as well, she acted like she wouldn’t cash my check when nothing was wrong with it and it wasn’t even a long line this Friday. Please go somewhere else these people are so rude and to add insults to injury i had a 12:30 appointment i showed up on time just for them to see me and HOUR later & deliver me this horrible news, thanks for ruining my day

This is the second time I have come to this location and there is no teller. This is unacceptable for a bank not to have someone on stand by.

Things have changed over the years. Every time I come to this location it takes forever to be assisted due to no staffing. I do come by often to make deposit and there was a girl name daniyah I believe that worked there. Haven’t seen her recently they saying she’s out. But every time I get upset for the long lines she always was the one to make me feel better. She is just so sweet and kind. Another one that’s extremely nice is Tiffany she goes above and beyond. They make the best of my trips. I’m giving two stars because I just wish they was given some help.

Impossible to perform a wire transfer for a small amount without explanation or assistance. Unless you are charged excessive fees for forced assistance.

Worst customer service in the world, I have never been spoken to like this staff has! We have multiple accounts and pulled everything out bc of this! Wells Fargo needs to train their employees better, I think they forgot who pays the bills...

This particular branch lobby continues to be closed "temporarily". Time to find a new bank. Sad as this bank is close and used to be convenient. There are other options, so I will take my business elsewhere.
