Always clean and friendly people. Close yo aldi's, subway and sonic's. Well lit area when dark and parking lot in front and back. Best wells fargo this side of town.

Many years of problems at this location and yesterday was the peak of them. Showing available balance of 3 times my withdraw amount and was denied my withdraw. Drove down the street and withdraw happened with no questioning. This location has poorly trained staff

Terrible customer service. A lady there (don't know her name as she didn't have a name plate up) was extremely rude when I tried to deposit coins twice within a month or so. First time I thought "Oh, she was probably having a rough day, whatever" but the second time she was even more rude. She complained that I didn't roll up some of the coins despite there not being enough to roll up. I think she's relatively new since I've been making deposits there for years and only just now received this terrible customer service. I highly suggest going to the Wells Fargo in the Edgewood Shopping Center as they are infinity more professional there.

Tried to make a rental deposit, and all I got was attitude. Not everyone has the common knowledge of a bank teller. Let me know what you need from me and I will get it for you. I work in costumer service industry and if I’m having a bad day I don’t take it out on my clients.

I go by this Wells Fargo location which is the closest to my job and they are definitely short staffed but I was willing to be patient. I walked in there trying to make an appointment with a Banker for that reason. I only had a few simple credit information questions. I left my name and number 2/3 weeks ago and have not been called or helped in any way shape or form. Will not be returning. This location is about to shut down in any second.

Worst wells Fargo in the city of Atlanta the manager was unprofessional and very rude and was very aggressive and demeaning don't support this bank they dont respect or care for their clients

Under staffed. Never have time to help anyone. I live two minutes away from the bank but I literally have to travel minutes 35 minutes to get any assistance. Business advocate is useless.

Awful customer service. Banker refused to do my wire transfer. Claimed I needed an appointment. I have done many wire transfers at other branches and never needed an appointment. Clearly, she wanted to leave because she looked at her watch before responding to me.

Met with Mr. Aris Cochran, after I had been thrown out of the Wells Fargo Bank in East Point by Mr. Ronald Orisma, who wasn't educated about llc financial rules and rather than trying to call someone, insisted that he was right, I was wrong and got 2 other employees to escort me out of the branch. Yes, that really happened. So, I called the Moreland branch, spoke to Mr. Cochran, who was educated about the subject and agreed, that a single-member-llc is seen as a pass-through-entity and does not require an EIN to set up a business account. He was very helpful and I will bank in this branch from now on.
