I recently went into this bank last Thursday to open an account, I was assisted by a very nice gentleman, that informed me of my options to open the account. I paid my deposit and left. Only to receive a call the next afternoon that my account was being closed as they do a 2nd check on the accounts and there was an CK that was submitted that didn't clear on my account from 2020, so that was the reason. I explained to the gentleman that at that time my ex husband had access to the account and any transactions were from him. He stubbornly ignored my plea for another resolution and said that I have to withdraw my money by the 23rd or a cashier's CK will be mailed to the address on file. With being told that such decisions are at the discretion of the bank , I went into the bank today to see what I could do salvage having a account, not for writing or even depositing any checks but for direct deposit from my employers and sending money to my kids)family. The lady was very nice but she offered no assistance in speaking with anyone. Considering that they are supposed to offer second chance banking that option was obviously not what I was given. Banking is supposed to be personable and people oriented, hint the reason for in person interactions. If I wanted to be handled with no disregard I would have chosen and online pre paid account. Even the bank rep stated that the ppl in those offices don't take into account people's situations they just do what they choose to do and believe. Contrary to that every body is somebody and situations put ppl in tough spots sometimes. If you want to make a decision on something or someone exhaust all options before you just close the door in someone's face!!

Came into cash a check and the gentleman said both tellers were at lunch. So basically you’re closed at 12pm til 1pm. Poor management.

I have been coming here a lot , the branch manager total disrespect for customers , as a manager you should know all policies and procedures relating to deposit and when they clear . The system don’t tell you everything , it’s for you to be a walking talking handbook . I want you to get your policies and procedures remembered because it’s important for your customers to get that first hand . I won’t be coming back

Don't use their mobile deposit service! They decide to hold checks between 12am-4am while your asleep and when you call to see whats the reason they can't give you one. I feel their entire mobile deposit system is a way they use your money to make money.

I consistently wait 15 to 20 minutes to meet with a banker to send a simple wire or get something notarized. Just now it was 26 minutes and I finally had to leave for a work call. In that entire time the two bankers there were still working with the same customers they had when I walked in. I go in the middle of the afternoon to avoid the lunch crowd and still I wait. The bankers here are just plain slow. I listen to them making awkward and unwanted conversation with the customers (which they do with me too) thus slowing everyone down. The guy today asked his customer if he wanted to look at a flip booklet of all the available designs for his new bank card. With a lobby full of people waiting on him! I wish they would just focus on the task at hand and get us out of there and on with our day. That’s good customer service. The only reason I go here is because it’s next to my work (where I am during Wells normal business hours). I wish I didn’t have to go here.

I only opened A Wells Fargo account for the $400 Cash Bonus at this Atlantic Station branch. I don't like the wide open way when you open an account has no privacy to talk about confidential financial information. And it only has 2 staff to open an account.so long wait.DONT' FORGET Wells Fargo's fake-account scandal continues to haunt the big bank.I BETTER GET THE $400 CASH BONUS. Remember, in 2016 Wells Fargo admitted that its employees, under pressure to meet absurdly unrealistic sales goals, opened up millions of fraudulent accounts on behalf of unknowing customers. Despite the fact Wells Fargo has since been fined billions of dollars by various state and federal regulators . this wells fargo branch in Atlantic Station only has candy. Most banks offer coffee or water. and it is wide open to get money from the tellers. most banks are in a cage I feel safer not this wells fargo in Atlantic Station. but there is a concierge outside the bank.

Great service at this bank. Quick walk in. Everyone is very friendly. They explain all necessary documentation for account. Today there was a holiday celebration with the other companies in the building. It was quite nice. Happy Holidays
