Just off the phone with the following observations: when answering a call, providing employee/banker name should be a must. Banking is a serious and personal business, and clients should not have to ask.

I had a time sensitive account issue and was able to schedule a same-day appointment. Ashley was extremely helpful and resolved the problem while displaying excellent customer service. I will be utilizing this branch for all of my future needs!
