The MOST HORRIBLE Banking experience I have ever had as a customer of a major bank. I came inside the Wells Fargo Midtown Atlanta ponce city market branch to close a CD Account that had matured, and to transfer the funds to my savings account, I have been sitting in the bank now for 3 HOURS because they don't have the correct form to transfer my funds back into my savings account, my closed cd account funds are just sitting in limbo in a random account ( over $40,000, and the branch manager, the tellers, nor the tech support can figure out what to do.WELLS FARGO SUCKS!!!

I visited this WF location for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. They were very busy and a bit short staffed, but Maryam made me feel very cared for and answered all of my questions. Thanks Maryam!

Walked to the bank and got there at 3:30. I needed to make a deposit to cover a check that was coming through. The Security Guard told me that there wasn't a teller or customer service person and I had to used the ATM which I didn't have my card with me. I was then told to take an Uber to Virginia Highlands.

The teller was EXTREMELY condescending and disrespectful even before I asked her to exchange these bills, which like visibly meet the criteria; 50% or more of the bill and the serial number is identifiable, which caused her to amp up her attitude to 1000. Like bro I’m not gonna sit here and argue with you over $2 but the way you chose to treat me when I went out of my way to be polite and friendly to you was utterly vile. It was very blatantly bc she didn’t like the way I look as she was literally staring at me in disgust and commented on the admittedly eccentric jewelry I was wearing. Sorry I’m not normal looking enough for you to treat me with modicum of dignity. I normally wouldn’t bother leaving a review for a rude bank teller cause they’re just like that but on principle that’s really an unacceptable way to treat people completely unprovoked.On top of that tho, the ATM outside legit NEVER works and I’ve been charged hundreds if not thousands of dollars in overdraft fees because I’m unable to deposit money. Even after calling the customer service line ahead of time to inform them that the ATM is not working and neither are the ones in the surrounding area and being assured I won’t be charged, I check my account the next day to see that I have in fact been charged. And they refuse to refund it even though they can’t provide working ATMs. This ATM has also eaten my debit card and I didn’t receive a replacement for nearly a month, resulting in another almost $500 in overdraft fees as I was unable to transfer my balance from cashapp to cover recurring transactions, which Wells Fargo refused to refund because my card number on the replacement card should be the same. It’s not tho, because that’s not how debit cards work and when I asked to escalate my claim they assured me someone would call me back. That never happened. I’m really truly repulsed by this bank as a whole but this brand in particular is just an added punch to the throat.

This has to be the worst branch of Wells Fargo, staff not friendly, the wait to get waited on is ridiculous , when usually 1-3 are hovering in the back room. I try at all cost to avoid going there, but with all the closures Wells Fargo has done, sometimes I have to make the sacrifice.

Worst location ever. If it were possible to give them zero stars I would. This place is a s*** show and I'm surprised Wells Fargo hasn't shut this one down. Never go here. Ever.

1:30 PM on a Thursday and they're closed. Too unprofessional to even put a sign in the window. I'm wasting my time looking thru the glass to make sure they're not being robbed or something. Ridiculous.
