This branch is right next to where I reside and thus my choice for anything bank related. It Is in a good location and my visit was to open an account this day. I had not made an appointment so I was hoping that there would be some free time, and luckily for me, One of the specialists there called Kevin was able to help me despite having a full schedule. As with most Wells Fargo branches I was treated with respect and courtesy, something that I have always appreciated this particular bank for. Just wanted to drop this review for any potential customers that this location has a very helpful and outgoing staff which really really added to my comfort and trust in their services.

This review is for the North Druid Hills Rd./Toco Hills branch. Received amazing polite, courteous service from Kevin this afternoon when I came into the branch needing assistance with an account matter. Kevin went out of his way to help me and was a pleasure to do business with. Very kind and caring. Good old fashioned customer service!

I never leave reviews but I had to today. Terrible customer service! I went to withdraw money and because it was a large amount and I'm a minority they treated me like a second class citizen. I would never recommend this place.

Not a big fan. Their customer service has declined over the years, primarily due to one banker. Tellers are great, branch manager is great but you know what they say about one bad apple...

awful customer service. I was the only one at the window sent over my deposit for the company i work for (a pert daycare & i have a dog full of cars) & she said i had to come inside because she was the only one there & i had 5 deposits. i sat at the window for 5 minutes while NO car pulled up. and she continued to say i had to come inside so i said dont even worry about it & drove to my normal location off of cheshire bridge and had ABSOLUTELY NO problems! She was the only one there as well and NEW and was happy to help me! unacceptable to have lazy employees at a bank.

The Wells Fargo -Toco Hills is a FABULOUS bank! The staff are so sweet & super helpful. They go out of their way to help you. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff at this branch. I highly recommend this Wells Fargo. It's actually across the street from Toco Hills Shopping Center.

This bank is not customer friendly. Not only do they take their time (20 minutes to cash out a check.) My coworkers and I always go in during lunch and get it cashed out. We went in to cash it out and they said they were going to put the check on HOLD until Tuesday??? After always being able to cash it out or even deposit it and be able to get half of the check! After they said they couldn't cash out the check we left to take our services elsewhere. Don't come to this location !

I have been standing in line close to 15 minutes. Several others are waiting behind me. Two tellers, nobody's in a hurry to get us through the line. Totally ridiculous!

Great customer service very friendly. This is the second time I came to this location to get currency, because they order fast. Not only did the currency arrive 2 days early, I was in and out of this branch location within less than 10 minutes. The staff addressed me by name all the way out the front door. Nice touch.
