I thought it was just me but one of the bank tellers is very passive aggressive. He talks down to me every time I come into the bank by asking for unnecessary things or repeating what I say in a condescending tone. I had been to bank 3 times in less than a month to handle some personal business and each time I came into contact with him his tone was so unpleasant. I am still thinking about this and it's almost been a month. I would definitely avoid in person interaction because of this. I thought I was alone until I read the reviews.

we are very disappointed with the Wells Fargo branches we visited today. We are long-standing Wells Fargo customers with a mortgage and several bank accounts and credit cards through this business. We have not gone into a branch for services for years. All we needed today was a notary for our will and the person at the bank told us she could not help us today. the other branch we went to didn't even have a notary despite this being a standard service that banks usually offer to their customers. We were told to go to UPS and pay for it. This is unacceptable. Notarizing a document would've taken five minutes. Oh, and you may be thinking, why didn't you call to see if they could take you today. We tried to call, no one answered their phone.

If we could give zero stars we would. Worst customer service, unprofessional, extremely slow and rude. Armando left us sitting in drive thru for twenty minutes to deposit a check. He snickered when we asked why it was taking so long. No other cars in lane but us. There were 4 or 5 team members inside laughing while continuing to press call button with no response. When they did answer he said you can use atm next time. Closing our account. Terrible service

WORST BRANCH EVER!! We went to this branch to get two cashier's checks. The two managers on site refused to give them to us even though we had the available funds. They gave us a number to call, which we did. The WF employee on the phone told us that the branch had no reason to withhold the funds from us and that the branch was obviously violating WF policies. The managers refused to speak to the WF employee who was on the phone. We drove to another branch where we were treated very well and given no hassle about the cashier's checks.

The branch manager, Gelisa at this location provided terrible service to my husband and I both. We will be canceling our service.

Friendly service and they helped with everything I needed. It would be nice if they were open later though. I seem to always be working when I would have the chance to go.

Visited there yesterday to make a deposit and send a wire. Teller said I would need to see a banker for the wire, and that I should have a seat in the waiting area. I asked whether the crowd already in the waiting area were all waiting for a banker and the teller said she had no idea what they were waiting for. After about 10 minutes, none of the other 5 people in the waiting area had been seen, and the two bankers on duty were still with the same customers. So, I decided to leave and come back later. Two hours later I returned and there was only one person in the waiting area, and three bankers with customers. Finally one customer was finished and left the bank. Instead of helping the next customer, the banker got up from her desk and disappeared into the back of the building. Not once did anyone acknowledge that people were waiting. This branch is responsible for my deciding to close my accounts and go to another bank.
