I deposited 613$, 5 $ spit out, 608$ have vanished. Wells Fargo won't help, Police won't help, no law helps. Never going back to this malfunctioned ATM. Wells Fargo has been in news for all the wrong reason. Another reason to switch to a better bank.

30 year customer no more! I have never been treated so poorly. Complained constantly and even escalated the issue with zero response. They make false claims and don't responds. I requested numerous calls - received a fedex letter rather than a phone call. Talk about lack of customer service. Do yourself a favor and find another bank!

Went into this branch this afternoon over my lunch hour. There were 2 employees (1 teller and 1 banker). After 35 minutes the banker says he can't help me because he is still assisting the only other person in the branch who is on her cell phone, in the lobby, not even sitting at his desk. He then escalates my situation to Gissella Sanchez, the service manager, who stayed this was not her branch. Between the two of them they both told me my best option, after 45 minutes, would be to call customer service on the phone. Worst banking customer service I've ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and drive whatever extra time it takes to not visit the crew at this Midtown location.
