I’d encourage everyone to explore other options! There are so many better options in the area that are updated. For the price you’ll pay, it isn’t worth it. This place has really gone down a lot. Extremely poor management and when you reach out with concerns, they don’t reply and purposely do not answer the phone. Appliances and hardware are falling apart and instead of maintenance replacing things, they attempt to repair it. The property manager is so busy at other properties while hers sit in despair. The rodents have taken over the complex especially near building 100 where you see rats running the breezeways and parking lot. When you contact corporate, they have no answers nor solutions. Please review these comments before you commit to living here. No better idea of how bad or good a place may be than through a current of former tenant. They also post under these comments that they’ll reach out and never do!

This is a lie, the staff is nasty the complex is overrun by the drug dealers and staff does nothing to stop this. When I first moved into Wellington Point I had never seen anything like it. Then to see it go in disrepair as fast as it did, one thing popped into my mind, section 8 and I was right.. I had to get out now and fast, haven’t looked back since. Take heed people, do not move into this complex…You’ve been warned…

I was not able to lease with this community but Brittany’s customer service was top tier and she would make anyone want to live here.

Mia changed my schedule for touring same day as when I called and accommodated all my needs. I haven’t moved in but based on the customer service they are top on my list

The Best thing about Wellington Point Apartments is that Misti the apartment Manager is a good person that does what she says. Misti does her job well. I appreciate the great customer service while I was a resident there.
