Ordered from WMW and they emailed me stating they would be getting my parts in a shipment later in the week. I appreciate those small things because most would not care and keep me out of the loop. What an amazing company! I’ve never had a more stellar shipping experience, from the quick printing of a shipping label to the expedited movement, getting it to the post office, this company gets it. If you’re looking for a company that’ll make sure you get your package quickly as you should with priority mail and not the ridiculous timeframe of five days, this is the company. Another great thing about this company is how they correspond, they are sure to answer any questions without patronizing or lecturing and when a process is blatantly ridiculous they take responsibility, without ever passing the buck. They are also very aware of the importance of delivery estimates and how they need to be accurate and not ever changing and useless. This company respects customers who demand a certain level of service when parting with their hard earned money. Thank You for everything.

I got into the MINI world in 2010 with my first r53 MINI. I knew immediately Way was trustworthy and honest because i needed a service and after he performed the service, he informed me he didnt charge me for this and for that because it didnt need replacing at the time. What?Who does that? Instant customer and have been been for 14 years. I have since upgraded to a MINI GP and he has taken care of every issue ive had. I will never go anywhere else for my MINI needs. Thanks Way and staff!

Rude and unhelpful reception. Called to inquire about very basic information. Emailed and called back multiple times but I guess they didn't want to give away a company secret? If you're in a bind and need to source a new drive belt locally and can't wait for shipping the part # is K060535This will work for all WMW aftermarket pulleys(15%-17% with or without aftermarket crank pulley)

Yesterday we sold our venerable 2006 Mini Cooper after 18 years of service. A sad aspect of this change is that we won't be seeing Way for service work any more (but we made sure that the new owner knows about him!). We discovered Way over 10 years ago and he immediately became our exclusive Mini mechanic. He has saved us *thousands* over the years compared to what the bogus dealership recommendations would have cost us. Way is trustworthy and will never recommend work that doesn't need to be done. He is always clear about your options, and best of all he is passionate about Minis. I can't recommend him enough. If you have a Mini in the Atlanta area you need to know this guy.
