They were great. Easy, smooth and quick process. They were great about keeping us updated. Other lenders I've had to call, leave messages then wait a few days for a response. Everyone at Jasmine has been quick to response if I had any questions. They make you feel like your their only client. Highly recommend

This was the best lending experience I've ever had. Their communication was phenomenal. They were always returning calls and emails quickly. They are friendly, professional, and great at helping solve issues. Because of them we were able to close on our house 9 days early. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

If you find yourself in a real estate pinch, closing with Jasmine Mortgage Team is a cinch!! They closed my deal in less than 10 days!!!! This review is long overdue. I decided to settle with JMT as I searched for my first home for one primary reason, they had a large team of ladies represented on their website. In my field, I rarely get to work with diverse groups, so when I’m able to choose who to work with then I make it count. I’m glad this didn’t backfire in my face. I primarily worked with Vesna, Closing manager and Party starter (lol), and She is top-tier, and even after closing she continues to support when needed! She’s the type I would've picked for group projects in undergrad because she gets things done Period! No excuses. She helped me and my fiancé get approved quickly and closed within 21 days! Our original close date was sooner, but the sellers countered with an additional week. Other mortgage lenders (who we were supposed to hear from but were dragging their butts) were calling in disbelief that we closed so quickly. Oh, and I cannot forget to mention Jasmine Krnjetin who was the mortgage Queen and Loan officer, she was knowledgeable and high-performing as well. I would definitely choose this team again if we actually decide to stay in Ga long-term! I rate them overall a 10/10.

My experience with Jasmine mortgage team was stelar! I couldn’t have asked for a better group to help with my home purchase. When you’re in their care they make the process easy to digest. Communication is constant. And they are EXECUTING, but also giving you the proper support to keep up. This is not the average slacker mortgage brokerage. This is a group of overachievers. I am so thankful for the experience!

These guys are always our first and only choice for lenders. We just moved to a new part of the US, and in the beginning our realtor warned us that it can sometimes be difficult as a buyer using non-local lenders. By the end of the process, our realtor put Jasmine Team on his agency's short list of recommended lenders. We, our realtor, and the listing agent were all blown away by the extent to which they went above and beyond to make sure that the listing agent knew that they could feel confident that we would get the loan. As buyers in a very competitive multiple-bid situation, these guys put us over the line, and our offer was actually chosen over a higher offer because of their personal call to the listing agent.

Very quick and great customer service. We were first time homebuyers and they did a pretty good job at giving us resources and information but it seemed like we had to ask for help before getting it. There’s a really thorough resource they have that we didn’t get until after we started the closing process so it was useless at that point. We had several calls with our loan processor at which point she explained but didn’t mention the resource. Overall, I do highly recommend just make sure you ask questions up front and for the home buying guide.

Jasmine Mortgage team was great to work with. My wife and I work in the film industry and Jasmine was well acquainted with how to navigate the process with our unconventional work histories. She and her team were professional and pleasant each time we spoke / texted. Jasmine made time for us when our schedule didn't match typical working hours also.
