“Great customer service! I want to mention that I took my new invicta watch to It’s About Time which is located on the second floor of Cumberland Mall and they said my watch broke their tool. Huh?? I asked them to take out some links and when I came back to get my watch the man told me he wasn’t able to take out all of the links cause his tool broke. I then went to Pristine Watches who showed me they had broken one of my links smh. The man wasn’t even honest. Completely lied to me. Thankfully Pristine Watches was able to do the job well. I will only be going to them from now on.”
