This auto service department is unsafe and fraudulent. We spent a lot of money on 4 new tires we purchased somewhere else. My husband brought the tires to this Walmart only to have them put them on and not balanced. They didn't even tell him that they knew well before he came in that they were unable to balance the tires. They should have never touched my tires or my car if they new they could not balance them. They just let him pay for the tires being put on and the balancing and let him leave like everything was fine. He gave it good speed to test it out and he almost lost control and almost off the road. He was so unprepared for what happened. Mind you I have all wheel drive sport suspension which could have been ruined. They could have killed or caused injury by making the car loose control and could ruined the suspension on my Audi. All the manager had to say was "Its a ride issue, not a safety issue". We will see about that.... Not balancing tires should be disclosed before providing the service so the customer can make a choice, and at least know that if they move forward with the service, they should not drive it over 60 mph. It's an Audi, of course we driving it over 70+. That caution should have been relayed when my husband picked up and paid for the car, but no one said anything about it. That sounds like fraud, selling a service you cant provide and not disclosing it. The bad part about it is, if we had a car that already handled bad and had a bad ride, we would not have known. we would have thought it was just the car. I wonder how many people they have bamboozled, put in harms way and further ruined their cars.

This store is horrible when it comes to grocery pickup and delivery. Cancelled my Walmart + membership because of it.

Took my car to get an oil change, after I left it started to make a noise, took it to a shop and I informed them that I just got an oil change and filters replaced at Walmart. The older man from another shop showed me how the filters weren’t changed nor did they complete an proper oil change. Definitely will not be going back, I can take my cars somewhere else because they’ve done this before to another car that I have.

Everytime I go here it makes me stay out of Walmart. Surprised they allow that store to run like it does. Good luck to whoever goes.

This place is a joke. There's tons of employees walking around on their phone doing nothing, and the checkout lines are into the clothing section. There is a lady that guards the automotive department door when there's a line there and she could be checking people out. Some lady in electronics was nasty when I tried to check out there and told me not to do it again because other people would follow. That's your job ma'am. Either improve this place or close it down

The Gresham store home delivery is Super. My items are delivered when promised, and if an item isn't available I receive prior notice giving me an opportunity to skip or change my order.

Be prepared to wait a minimum of 20 minutes in a checkout line. They do not have a self checkout available and always seem understaffed.

I like to go to Walmart, but this Walmart at Gresham is not my favorite. It’s my least favorite people are rude. Most of the time they act like it’s a big deal too help you out !! I I would rather go to the new Walmart in Belvidere are Amityville block !
