I showed at this Walgreens 9/12/2023. I purchased 5 items for a LARGE TOTAL OF $68.91 cold season is approaching and people you better get ready to be broke, Lord humans cannot afford to get sick, or liveAfter my purchase the below $5.00 coupon came with my receipt. Save $5.00 off your next in-store purchase of $5 OR more. The prepositional phrase "OR" means there is an option spending only $5.00 OR more. The employees were ALSO confused as to why I couldn't not receive ONLY a $5.00 item.The wording on this coupon is very misleading because I would have to had SPENT MORE than $5.00 for this coupon to be honored.The wording should be spend MORE than $5.00 on a purchase you will get a $5.00 discount.Because of the wording on the coupon in the photo below, Walgreens should honored this because exactly how or is used "save $5.00 off you NEXT IN-STORE PURCHASE OF $5 "OR" MORE".The word "OR" changes the entire meaning of the document coupon.

This Walgreens is conveniently located. The staff is nice and I've had no issues here whatsoever. I read negative reviews such as "workers are lazy". These are written by entitled people who expect world class service. The store is understaffed and doing the best they can.

The staff was super friendly and helpful . but upon shopping Walgreens don’t have a lot of African American hair products it was very disappointing but they had plenty of products for the the Caucasian ladies this is super unfair and this made my shopping experience horrible

My sister is too nice to leave this review so I will. First off what business closes for 30 minutes in the afternoon then hassles customers who have appointments directly after? My sister set her appointment for a flu shot so she could visit my son who was born today. It was set for 2:15pm but when they couldn’t locate her appointment they proceeded to blame her for the issue and then inform her they couldn’t help until the last 2 minutes of their break was over. Finally after a horrid display of customer service she was able to get it done. I’ve had excellent experiences at Walgreens but this pharmacy needs a touch of kindness added in.

I have been going to this location for several years. There has been a change of employees and pharmacists during this time. The pharmacy is now absolutely outstanding. I recently had two surgeries, and the pharmacy staff really cared about getting my post-op meds ready as soon as they received the prescriptions. In addition, when my own Dr transmits new prescriptions, they are ready by the time I get there. If that is not possible, they let me know immediately. The Techs and Pharmacists working here are exceptional, and friendly. Give this pharmacy another try..they are great!

If I could give no stars at all I would! The Caribbean women needs to be fired & I don't like to say things like that. Just because you do not like your job that has absolutely nothing to do with the customers & the service you give. I should not have to wait 10-15 dam minutes to receive help for an item & get nothing but attitude because you have to do YOUR job. This is not my first second or fifth time dealing with this women & her horrible attitude. I do believe people can have bad days however I come here at least once-three times a week for the last two months because I work nearby. The customer service here is so dam horrible I rather drive 10 minutes to the next location or Walmart.

Would give a zero if I I could. Team lead Karla A., was absolutely terrible. Sold me a defective COVID test (had no solution in the box to actually run the test). Would not allow me to exchange it for a new one even though I had my receipt and was in the store 15 mins earlier. She mentioned it was against Walgreens policy and wouldn't provide any type of workaround or resolution outside of being rude and defensive.Zero customer service or an understanding how to run a store.

I would give this store zero stars if I could. On 4/15 I went into this store to have my photo taken for my passport. I sent the photo off to the passport agency and the photo was rejected. I received a letter & email stating the imagine size measurements were not correct & my facial features could not clearly be identified. This was my first time applying for my passport so I trusted the employee who took the picture knew what they were doing. I had to retake the photo at another Walgreens near my house and quickly mail it off to the passport agency. I returned to the Walgreens on Hammond Drive to get a refund for the photos that were rejected and was told I could not get my money back because I didn’t have my receipt. Also, I used my debit card to make the payment so why can’t the transaction be found? Every other store can find transactions when you use a card to pay! Why would I save a receipt for a passport photo? How was I supposed to know they have employees taking photos with no experience! Not only did I lose money but my passport process is on hold until they receive my new photos! I have a trip planned next month so this is a MAJOR inconvenience! I’m waiting on Coorprate to make this right!!!! Basically I paid Walgreens for a service and Walgreens did not deliver! Walgreens REFUND MY MONEY!

This is the worst customer service that I have experienced! I went in to redeem reward points for the first time. The Manager, Adam was HORRIBLE AND RUDE! He became frustrated with me because I didn't understand the rewards redeption. He was very confrontational, to the point I took his picture and recorded him. I asked for a corporate number and he initially told me no and to leave the store as he walked away from me and commenced to helping other customers. I called the 800 number he gave me and was on hold for over 15 minutes and NO ANSWER! I am definitely taking this poor pissed service complaint to CORPORATE!

I wish I could give zero star. One of the worse experiences of all time. The staff are not friendly and the store manager is the worse of all. She does not help, but even discourage her staff from helping.
