I can't believe, after calling to check on the price for a TB skin test, i was told $34.00, so I went in, made an appointment ,showed up the next day to get the test done. The nurse on duty had informed me of the price and said that was it. She said i will need to pay $10.00 at first, which I did and then the $24.00 in 3 days when i return for the reading. I did just that. I went back for the reading and had met Melissa which was an angel of a personality, she was very helpful to assist and pleasant. She confirmed i did a prior $10 payment and will pay the difference of $24 which I did. Being home after 1 week, i received a bill summary of $294.00 for Piedmont which i was wondering what i had purchased for that amount. I realized the bill was summarized to say:Total Charges : $294.00Adjustment: $205.80Patient payments: $10.00Amount due: -10.00.....Like are you for real, at what point did someone mentioned an initial $260 charge,I would have walked out as I can get a tb blood drawn way cheaper. I dont appreciate any surprise bills and please dont expect me to pay this. This is very unfair and misleading that no one said there was an additional charge. Where is the extra $24 that i paid reflecting on this bill.When i call the billing department, they pretended as if it's a regular day and it doesnt matter as this is the billing information that the office sent in. I called to get to the office and was told by Christine that someone will call me back inbetqeen patients with a nonchalant behavior. I would never visit another piedmont facility if this is how you guys do surprises and customer service.

My experience here was was horrible. If I could give ZERO stars I would. There is nothing urgent about this place. I definitely did not receive care. The front office staff are unprofessional. I came in for an appointment after experiencing symptoms that caused me pain. I went early to check in. I returned to my car. Twenty minutes after my appointment time I went in to see if they were running extremely behind. If so I could come back in the morning. I was assured by front office staff that that they were not. I gave a urine sample as I had to use the rest room. I continued to wait from my car. I was triaged 30 minutes later from my car then called into the office for my visit. I waited in the room and finally asked when I would be seen. If anyone had a time frame. The medical assistance first said I’ll be right with you. Then she told me to ask employees that were sitting in a room cackling. ( That door should be kept closed. Especially with the noise coming from there. ) after waiting over a hour. I told the front office lady I would be back in the morning. And I left. No one has called me to discuss my urine sample or to apologize. Be honest when people ask about the wait time. It’s unfair to leave people sitting in pain when they could go else where. Definitely not returning to this location.

I was seen quickly and the nurse (I believe her name was Ellen) was extremely kind and attentive. That is the only reason for more than one star. The PA, who referred to herself as a doctor, Ms. Otto, was disrespectful and had zero bedside manner. I understand that it’s a pandemic and that providers are under a lot of stress but I would have appreciated more warmth or at the minimum a bit of respect.

I called the pharmacy with a question about getting my prescription filled at a different location. After an extensive wait on hold the pharmacist answered my question in a completely rude and condescending manner before proceeding to hang up in my face.

Absolutely horrible experience. Would never recommend Piedmont QuickCare at Walgreens - Camp Creek. We have only been in the area 2 1/2 weeks so we don't have a primary care physician. MMy 18 year old son needed a sports physical for college. He completed the medical questionnaire honestly so when asked if he ever smoked marijuana or drank alcohol, he answered "Yes". He was told by Tawana Pringle that she had never smoked marijuana and thought it was a gateway drug. As an athlete, my son has done extensive research about marijuana. So they had a brief, cordial banter about marijuana. She then proceeded to tell him that she could not give him a physical. When he got home and told me what happened I tried to call to speak with her but was told Piedmont QuickCare is not affiliated with Walgreens so they can't provide me with a phone #. I went there and spoke with Tawana and was told that she called the "higher ups" and they told her that shd could deny him a physical. She handed me a brochure to call and complain to customer service, which I did.Today, in the mail, I received a BILL for a sports physical. My insurance company was billed for a physical that was never performed! I am LIVID! I do not recommend Piedmont QuickCare to ANYONE!

Don’t go here if you have private insurance. They don’t know how to bill your visits and you will have a headache trying to solve the claims with your insurance. It has been 3 months since my visit and still trying to solve a bill that was billed incorrectly resulting in an out of pocket expense for me. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

theres a very special young lady at princtn lake location.her name is Dory she imediately knows my voice and gets my meds quickly when im out.u see i take about 30.im very sick with my heart.i dont know what id do without her.just to know we have some caring young people around helps so much.always a kind word even if someone else is waiting on me.so please lets 10 star Dory in the pharmacy.

This is my neighborhood Walgreens. This location is open 24/7, including holidays which is why I love it. There is a young lady at this location that is typically there in the afternoons, that I absolutely love (forgive me for not remembering her name as I type this review) She is friendly and personable and speaks to me each time I come in the store. Let's face it, there is nothing spectacular about going to Walgreens, however, the customer service displayed constantly by this young lady makes it that much better!
