The absolute worst. My special needs son had surgery and was prescribed a small dosage pain med in liquid form he’s 11 only 50lbs. I usually use Walgreens downtown for his monthly medications but since I moved to this area this was my second attempt to get meds from this location. The worker took my sons insurance card and prescription to the pharmacist she looked at his card and said we don’t accept this insurance lol keep in mind he gets 5 prescriptions from Walgreens every month and has for over 10yrs with the same insurance (SSI). My first attempt to use this pharmacy they told me that Walgreens doesn’t carry the same med that he’s been receiving for 10yrs so I got the prescription filled at the Walgreens downtown 30 minutes later. I don’t know if they have some sort of bias in this area or if they just don’t wanna work but I’ll never visit this pharmacy again.

Utterly and completely incompetent staff and pharmacist. It's a long story however I give some details I had a prescription sent to this pharmacy by my doctor talking to technician and pharmacist both were incompetent waited for weeks for a prescription they couldn't fill because this particular medication had been discontinued all they had to do was put in in the system they were to incompetent to do that a complete waste of time and unnecessary stress it was just this walgreens it was 2 others. Do yourself a favor don't even think about using walgreen pharmacies I'm done with these incompetent folks

The quality of just fulfilling a simple Rx has gone down. I have been transferred and hung up on just to get a refill. The new young lady that handles the phone has a TERRIBLE dont care attitude. Ive been with this pharmacy since 2012 and have never received the service I received today 8/10/23

Prescription called in 24 hrs before I go in. I try to call at 10 am to see if it's ready and the phone rings off the hook for 60 seconds until it goes to voice mail that claims I'll be contacted by 4pm. I leave a message. No call. I try to call again at 2pm. VM again. Finally I go there and my prescription isn't ready. I'm told it will be 20min. Half an hour later they tell me they only have 10 pills out of 60 and I'll have to come back. Unreal. I ask them to fill it when they get it and call me when it's ready. Blank stare. You can call us. I did and I'm still waiting for a call back. Blank stare. Got it. I have to drive from the other side of town and hope it's been delivered and ready. Zero customer service. They're clearly doing me a favor by filling my prescription. How dare I ask them to do their jobs? If there was another pharmacy that could order my prescription I'd switch. At least CVS communicates by text.

Maggie and Victoria are very rude and unprofessional they refused to transfer a prescription to Accredo pharmacy. The stalling turned into lies about how my insurance wasn’t going to pay. They both hung up on me after asking them to just please transfer the prescription and I’d pay out of pocket if necessary. The sense of entitlement and you just listen and accept the BS I’m feeling you is unreal and unacceptable. These ladies should not be allowed to interact with customers having no edict at all.

The most helpful pharmacy I've ever been to. I'm truly grateful to the staff for helping me get my medications and working with me and my doctor.

They don’t have infant Motrin. Their otc selection is worse than a gas station shop. The staff is slow and unhelpful.

Really really fast and accurate! Staff is helpful and very nice! They were aware we were out of town and they offer to ship our meds! Great location!

I was emailed by Walgreens that my prescription was ready. I go to pick it up and they state that they need 15 min to get it ready. Why bother sending me an email that it’s ready for pick up if it’s not actually ready. I come back in 30 minutes and it’s still not ready. It’s a complete lack of respect of peoples time. I will keep my business at Publix Pharmacy

i opened a case with walgreens corporate in October, 2021 and was promised a reply within days... follow up calls and emails on the case with a promised resolution still outstanding. unfortunately, the location in question doesn't have a claimed yelp page. so will continue to leave reviews for all Walgreens until resolved. the claim file against: Walgreens Address: 3925 Peachtree Rd NE, Brookhaven, GA 30319, United States until walgreens gets back to me with evidence otherwise, the location listed above engages in prescription mismanagement and improper record keeping. i've provide photos and documentation to the corporate claims department.... crickets!

I had been getting 2 prescriptions filled at this location monthly. one was a pain medication and the other was Lyrica. I used this location they always had my meds....my Lyric is a weird dose . I live in Jonsboro the Dr for these 2 meds is at Piedmont Ortho Stockbridge location but I would get my meds at walgreens at Piedmont Atlanta. so I called this morning Friday am 10/22. This was to let them know I was coming which they had told me to do just to make sure they could have my Lyrica.....the pharmacist Ben....gets on the phone and tells me he no longer feels comfortable filling my prescriptions there ...... stating where I live and where the Dr was ....needless to say I have spent all day trying to get my Lyrica that no pharmacy has . He also basically called me a liar when I told him no pharmacies around me have the meds he didn't believe that . the med are common so they have them..... they could have let me know last month that they well he no longer felt comfortable to fill my meds.....I have done nothing wrong I go to the Dr every month as I need to do. I will not be able to get my Lyrica until at least the earliest 10/27 at least 5 days without it. I take Lyrica for my Neropathy in my feet legs hands and arms. He has no right to not give me my medication. I want some response to this and really I feel some action should be taken towards this man. I have always spoke very well about this location the great staff the great service......boy was I ever wrong.

Every pharmacist in there hates their job and you can tell by how they treat the patients who are going there for their life saving medicine. They suck
