The Pharmacy staff is outstanding. When I have been discharged from the hospital several times this year, or receive a new prescription from my Dr, my new prescriptions are ready when I get there. I cannot say enough good things about them.The ladies who work on the floor, and the checkout cashier's are so friendly, and helpful.I am so grateful that this Walgreens is in my neighborhood. It is like going in to see my friends.Thank you very much!

I want to thank Benarlyn for her assistance. After multiple attempts to return an item with several other associates, Ms. B was the only one that was able to assist me with a breeze. She was very patient and so polite. Thank you Ms. B for helping me solve my issue.Have a great New Year!

Good walgreens. Wish they had more beer options, but might have been out of stock during the holidays. The staff is friendly and helpful! Would come back

I called the Pharmacy it was on hold for 50 minutes waited patiently only for someone to answer the phone & hang up in my face on purpose I called three more times no help worst customer I have ever received thinking about filing an formal complaint clearly it seems no one cares how this store is ran or the customers are treated very disappointed

Would give a zero if I I could. Team lead Karla A., was absolutely terrible. Sold me a defective COVID test (had no solution in the box to actually run the test). Would not allow me to exchange it for a new one even though I had my receipt and was in the store 15 mins earlier. She mentioned it was against Walgreens policy and wouldn't provide any type of workaround or resolution outside of being rude and defensive. Zero customer service or an understanding how to run a store.

What happened here? All of a sudden the pharmacy portion is closed until January 7th?! What about prescriptions that were already called in?!

The worst pharmacy experience ever. Do not expect any care or concern no matter what the situation. I had a terrible migraine & chose to go to this location because it was close my Dr.’s office & I needed my migraine medicine ASAP. I was vomiting & could barely stand. There were two prescriptions written on the same prescription & they refused to fill it until under 29 days requiring me to have to stay in town for 3 days to get it despite the fact my insurance would approve & cover it. I always pick up my monthly prescriptions before the day they’re due & never even been asked about it much less it be a problem. Stay away

So I went in with my partner on the ambulance because she needed something... but somehow I walked out spending $40. I'm not really sure what or why I bought what I did but that's okay. Now we sat in the parking lot for about 20 minutes waiting on our next 911 call and we observed something sketchy...there was a middle aged man hiding behind the left column you see in the picture. He'd poke his head out every few minutes looking around, at what I'm not exactly sure. Anyways, about 10 minutes later another middle aged man walked over to him and the hiding, creeper guy handed him something. The guy then walked into the store and creepy McCreeperson disappeared behind the column again. Several minutes go buy and the other guy emerged from the store and vanished behind the column as well. Seconds later creepy man walked off with a white store bag in his hand...hmmmmm wonder what he had that other guy buy for him? Soooooo yes we get bored while posting waiting on the next emergency call and find things to entertain ourselves with lol. People watching is my favorite because holy cow there are some very strange people in this world. I know this story has no bearing on the business but thought it might put a smile on someone's face! ? Highly recommend this store, very nice and helpful staff. Have a great night everybody!

I have been using this location for 6 years, starting when it was Rite Aide. The PharmacistsAnd their staff always try to meet my needs with concern and a smile. I can't speak to the other staff in the store only the pharmacy.

This is the worst customer service that I have experienced! I went in to redeem reward points for the first time. The Manager, Adam was HORRIBLE AND RUDE! He became frustrated with me because I didn't understand the rewards redeption. He was very confrontational, to the point I took his picture and recorded him. I asked for a corporate number and he initially told me no and to leave the store as he walked away from me and commenced to helping other customers. I called the 800 number he gave me and was on hold for over 15 minutes and NO ANSWER! I am definitely taking this poor pissed service complaint to CORPORATE!
